condo is located on the 8th floor with panoramic views of the Banderas
Bay, beaches and surrounding mountains from the private balcony. This
air-conditioned, two bedroom condo has everything you want such as
beach-side swimming pool, palapas on beach, ideal location. 

The Kitchenette includes full size fridge, microwave, electric stove,
 coffee pot, toaster, blender, pots & pens and Utensils. There is also
a two  TVs & and  DVD players. The size of the condo is about 1400 sq
ft. The large bedroom has a king bed and the small has two twins. It
has everything that you need in your vacations, bring your personal
items and that it. 

Nuerto Vallarta has something special for everyone: great beaches,

clubs, lots of great restaurants. Puerto Vallarta was recently voted

city has a modern infrastructure and conveniences but has also managed
to maintain its unique Old Mexico charm. You will feel like you are
taking a step back in time. A marina and cruise ship port attract
visitors on ships and yachts from all over the world. English is
widely spoken, especially in the downtown shopping and dining
areas.The Condo is located 15 minutes north of the airport, 30 minutes
north of downtown Puerto Vallarta, 10 minutes south of Bucerias. There
are many restaurants nearby, plus three world class golf courses
within 5 minutes. The Condo is about one mile from the Paradise
Village Mall, where there is a supermarket, restaurants, car rental,
spa, book store, numerous clothing, jewelry and gift stores, bank,
ATM, dental and medical facilities. Buses to downtown/airport stop two
blocks from the condo and the taxi stand is one block away. There is a
water taxi nearby to go to downtown Puerto Vallarta via the ocean.
