Vacation Rental Description

Clean house on a great beach San Bruno beach (KM 24 from progresso).  
Large windows looking out at ocean, palm trees. 
 
Easier to get to than Cancun. Fly directly into Merida via  
Continental (MID airport code), rent a car, stop at Costco, Sams  
Club, or Walmart for groceries, and be at the beach in 35 minutes.  
Merida is cheap to fly into, a very clean and modern airport, and  
best of all never crowded. Cancun is a 3 hour drive.  
 
A wonderful getaway. Peaceful quite retreat away from the crowds. We  
love this beach house because you are not right next to other  
houses. The neighbors are about two blocks away on either side. 
 
The caretaker lives just down the road and can assist with anything  
you need.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen: Spacious Kitchen, equipped with: dishes, cookware,  
silverware. Gas stove, large fridge and icebox. Island seating for 4  
with Mexican tile and stools.   
 
Bedrooms: 
First floor bedroom and full bathroom. Master bedroom and two more  
bedrooms upstairs, all with seperate full bathrooms. Balcony, window  
treatments, linens, pillows. 1 Queen bed in master bedroom. 3  
individual beds in all other rooms. Call if you need a different bed  
size and we may be able to locate one in time for your trip. 
 
Living Room: Two couches and loveseat. Coffee table, large TV (no  
cable gets 5 Meridian channels), DVD player. Windows to beach. 
 
Dining Room: Mexican dining table with seating for 6-8. 
 
Porch: Large covered porch looking out at the sea. 
 
Service quarters: Another room and bathroom seperate from house.  
Works for a nanny while you are there.

Activities and Attractions

Seashelling, swimming, sunbathing, snorkelling, exotic bird- 
watching, sailing, windsurfing and kite sailing. 
 
Close to world famous ruins and a short 35-40 minute drive to  
Merida. A Costco, Walmart, Mc Donalds and any other store for  
provisions and supplies is on the main road as you head back to  
Merida. 
 
Fishing can be arranged in Chicxulub with the local fishermen. 
 
18 hole golf court near by.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Prices: 
 
September to June - $950.00 per month 
Holy Week, April 7th-16th - $900 per week 
July to August - $1,900.00 per month 
Christmas and New Years - Inquire
