These delightful Casitas are located in the desirable north
beach area of Sayulita, in a neighborhood of beautiful homes. The
property is built with traditional Mexican architectural design -
including palapas and hand painted Talavera tiles. It is
attractively decorated with Mexican arts and crafts collected from
all over Mexico. The access to the beach is an easy one minute
stroll and the town plaza is no more than a ten minute walk away. We
provide off street parking but due to the convenient location one
does not need a car to get around. Both casitas are non-smoking.

Casa Siete Palmas is a traditional bungalow nestled in lush tropical
gardens just steps away from the pool. The house features an air
conditioned bedroom with queen-size bed with mosquito net, custom
parota wood built-in closet and a small desk. The house has a
wonderful sitting room/kitchen area, also with A/C, that opens on to
a covered patio that is perfect for dining and overlooks the pool.
The sitting room/kitchenette area has two built in sofa beds which
hold twin mattresses that are very comfortable and great for kids of
any age and size.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with Mexican dishes and glassware,
coffee maker, blender, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and
bottled water. The Talavera tiled bathroom opens out into a private
outside shower surrounded by tropical plants. All windows are
screened and there is a wall safe.

Casita La Palmita is perfect for a couple, situated in a pretty
garden setting, just steps away from the pool. The casita has its
own private garden patio, perfect for intimate dining, or relaxing
with a good book. The circular bedroom area features a king-sized
bed with mosquito net, ceiling fan, custom primavera wood built-ins,
and a marble-topped kitchenette/bar along one wall. Folding doors
and screened windows open to the secluded patio. The kitchenette
comes equipped with Mexican dishes and glassware, coffee
maker, blender, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, hot plate,
and bottled water. The spacious bathroom with beautiful decorative
tile and two large closets, and a built in safe, completes the
casita.

Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are provided. Maid service
provided. Please call or email with any questions.

The house is a perfect multi-house combination when rented together
or rent alone.

50% deposit required at time of booking with the remainder to be
