Sayulita is a beautiful small town located only about 30 minutes 
north of the Puerto Vallarta airport.

The house is brand new with over 5,000 square feet of land adjacent 
to the Sayulita River.  It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.  It 
has a lovely view of the nearby hills and it provides  an experience 
of life in a typical Mexican village but with a beautiful beach down 
the street. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, very popular with 
surfers and those who are looking for a peaceful small town 
atmosphere.

There are a variety of good restaurants in town and the wonderful 
indigenous art of the Huichol people is on display in the town plaza.

Sayulita has something for everyone to enjoy.

The house Is new and in great condition.  It can sleep 4 
comfortably.  It has a full kitchen, refrigerator, and washing 
machine.  

The property is spacious with a palapa and hammocks for relaxing.  
It has a small swimming pool and a built in barbecue.  Two bicycles 
are available for exploring the town.

For an extra fee, dinner can be prepared for you in the house by our 
own excellent Mexican cook as many times as you like.

Massages and manicures can also be provided in house by reservation.

Transportation from the airport to the home can be provided as 
well.  Just ask.

Sayulita is a beach town and the surfing, boogie boarding, and 
snorkeling are fabulous.  

Horesback rides, bicycle tours, boat rides, jungle tours, whale 
watching in season, are all possible.

Exploring the Mexican coastland north and south is a great adventure.

Puerto Vallarta is close, the active volcano Ceboruco, Tequila, 
Jalisco, and Guadalajara are day trips away. 

You can be as busy as you like or you can just enjoy relaxing and 
reading at the house.  It´s all up to you.
