Oceanfront condo within the gated community of Punta Mita, Mexico. 
Punta Mita is just 40 miles north of Puerto Vallarta and is fast 
becoming a worldwide destination. It is most famous for its 5 star 
Four Season’s Resort which sells out 11 months of the year at an 
average rate of $1200/night for an oceanfront hotel room.

That said, it is important to note that although many private owners 
advertise they are located near the famous Four Season’s Punta Mita 
Resort, UNLESS the property resides WITHIN the gates of the Punta 
Mita development (not the town of Punta de Mita), you will not be 
able to play the Four Season’s golf course, use the tennis courts, 
or enjoy the beach club (equipped with full restaurant, pool and 
water toys) all designed exclusively for the residents and guests of 
Punta Mita.

Our condo, located in Hacienda de Mita, is the only beachfront 
condominium development located WITHIN the gates of Punta Mita. At 
over 3100 square feet, we have 3 large bedrooms (plus a children’s 
bunk room), 4 ½ baths, pool, hot tub, private beach club for 
Hacienda de Mita owners and guests only, and an ocean that is just 
steps away. Each bedroom is well equipped with Simmons by Beautyrest 
pillow-top mattresses (Kings in bedrooms one and two and two queens 
in bedroom three), 500 thread count sheets, oversized bath towels 
and dish network so you will have all the channels and comforts of 
home. 

The kitchen opens to the dining and living area and the huge 30 x 15 
patio. The patio doors slide completely back leaving a 20 foot open 
doorway onto the patio. It is exactly what you would imagine an 
oceanfront condo to be. Hacienda de Mita also has its own private 
beach club for the use of our residents only. It has an infinity 
edge pool, massage area, plenty of relaxing sofas and chairs and a 
kitchen area for you to store anything for the day. Of course, the 
entire development is guard gated 24 hours/day.

The location of Hacienda de Mita is perfect. We are less than a two 
minute walk to the town of Punta de Mita where "restaurant row", an 
assortment of beachfront restaurants serving wonderful cuisine in a 
laid-back, "tables in the sand" atmosphere awaits. There are a total 
of nine restaurants, each of them directly on the beach. If you 
prefer not to walk (or don't want to rent a car during your stay) we 
also have a six-seater golf cart which you can easily take anywhere 
within the gates (i.e The Four Seasons, Golf course, Resident's 
beach club) or to the town of Punta de Mita next door. It is fully 
equipped with both headlights and taillights so you can travel 
safely at night.

If you‘re a golfer, your vacation just got better. Guests of our 
condo can enjoy the amazing Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course 
(recently voted the best resort course in the world by Conde Nast 
Travel, June 2006), featuring the famous "tail of the whale" hole (a 
170-210 yard carry to the only natural island green in the world). 
And once you hit your ball, you are escorted to the green in an 
amphibious golf cart as the cart path is under water at high tide 
(it’s an amazing experience). Guests of the Four Seasons pay $195 + 
tax whereas guests of our condo receive a reduced rate of $160 + tax.

All guests will enjoy the services of our full time housekeeper. She 
works 8 hours/day and is also available to make breakfast, lunch or 
snacks during your stay (compare this service with other rentals as 
many charge extra for daily cleaning or cooking). Her "aguachile" is 
amazing and having this service will be the "topper" to a great 
vacation.

Last but not least, all guests have complete access to our concierge 
service. Whether it’s airport pickup/dropoff, a gourmet chef brought 
to your home, a massage, or activity tour, our concierge will be 
happy to accommodate you. We invite you to relax and enjoy in a 
place not often found so close to home.
