Our condo is  a two bedroom suite-each with a floor to ceiling 
mirrored closet, private T. V., two single beds when put together 
makes a king.
 all linens furnished. Both bath rooms have a  fully tiled walk in 
shower. A very comfortable living room with satellite television, 
glass sliding door opens to your own private veranda ( seats four ) 
with a great ocean view, three floors above an infinity pool and 
covered barbecue, complete with lounging chairs and tables.

The modern kitchen has all the latest appliances, full refrigerator, 
micro wave   , toaster, coffee maker  four burner range with oven 
underneath, Enclosed pantry with stack washer/dryer. Weekly maid 
service.

Rincon de Guayabitos is located on the shore of the Bay of Jaltemba, 
just forty  scenic miles north of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  

Guadalajara- The premier shopping center in all of Mexico, is a 
beautiful three hour drive. 
 Just outside your door are miles of soft sandy beach. 
 The water is warm, clear blue with gentle waves for your  
enjoyment. 
Fresh fish daily just outside your door.
 

 Just outside your living room is your private veranda with a great 
ocean view. You are three floors above a beautiful infinity swimming 
pool, and covered barbeque area. Only a few minutes stroll to 
fantastic waterfront restaurant-Take a walk on the beach before 
breakfast on the two miles of soft, golden, sandy beach.

Shopping for grceries ,about a five minute walk to the local market.
Two short blocks to the main street which has many stores for 
clothes,jewelry, crafts, glassware, pottery, restaurants, or just 
about any thing your might like.
LaPenita a small town two miles to the north has a market day every 
Thursday, There you can find any thing you want from A to Z
 
Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Horseback Riding,Sightseeing,whale 
watching, snorkeling, Jet Sking,  Bird watching,  and much more.

                            Directions

Directions from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, to Rincon de 
GUAYABITOS, state of Nayarit, Mexico. Go left ( north ) from the 
airport. When you cross the river Rio de Ameca, you just left the 
state of Jalisco and are now in the state of  Nayarit. At this point 
turn your watches back one hour. You are leaving the central time 
zone and are now on Mountain Time. Remember when you are going home, 
Puerto Vallarta is on Central time. You are now driving north on 
Federal Highway 200 A forty five minute drive from the airport to 
Guayabitos / La Peñita. When you get to milepost 95 km you will see 
a 
water tower, turn left, officia tourisimo (tourist office ) is right 
there. A very short block, turn left again, you will see street 
vendors selling beach articles primarily. When you see the church on 
the left, take the first street to the right (toward the beach,) 
After the church another very short block (dead end) turn left -
about 
one hundred yards on the right you will see, a Five story building 
with an elevator for your comfort.

Our condo is for rent by the week for $ 1,000.00 USD. 
High season -  December first thru April thirtieth. Christmas and 
Easter weeks are slightly more.
 All other weeks are $ 750.00  USD. 
Discounts for Four weeks or more.  50% deposit is required at 
booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
