Mediterranean Style Oceanfront House located in a Quiet Beach of White Sands and Emerald Sea,
surrounded by tropical vegetation. Located just 5 min. from the town of Telchac Puerto and 50 min.
from Merida, Yucatan.

The best place to Relax and Enjoy Beautiful Sunsets, Sunrises and Beach Walks.

The wheather is warm almost all year long, the sea is very safe for swim and the neiborhood is
very peacefull, with other private propieties.

The house has 2 Floors and 2 Bedrooms.

The Master Bedroom have one king size bed, its own Bathroom and a Terrace with oceanview.
The next Bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 individual bed plus its own Bathroom.
Both rooms have Air Conditioning. Hot and Cold Water with presion.

In the first floor you will find the Dinning Room and the Living Room higly ventilated and the
Kitchen equipped for cooking, you will also find a Fridge, a Microwave, an Electrical
Stove and a Mini Oven.
There is a Bathroom with a Shower just entering a side terrace. In the front of the house you will
find a large Covered Terrace to sit, relax and enjoy the oceanview.

There is a garage for 2 cars and rigth next to it the maid's room with its bathroom. The house could
be cleaned once a week (Optional) The trash is picked up twice a week.

Telchac Puerto is about 1 1/2 miles from the house and here you may find groceries stores, a Park,
an Old Ligthhouse and Sea food Restaurants.

Progreso is 20 minutes from the house and has a Gas Station, Banks, a Small Hospital, Supermarkets,
Sea Food Restaurants, Cruise Pier, Handcrats Souvenirs and a Big Lighthouse.

Merida, the capital city of Yucatan is 50 minutes from the house and you will find here almost
anything you need including Travel Agencies, Consulates, Hospitals, Supermarkets, Restaurants,
Shooping Malls, Haciendas, etc.

The mayan ruins of Chichen Itza are less than 2 hours and Uxmal is aprox. 2 1/2 hours. Cancun is
about 3 hours. All of the above are car distances so we strongly recomend you to rent a car if you
want to visit all the area.
