You are just a few minutes walk down the most popular beach in the
area to the many activities that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.  The Los Muertos pier serves the 
small "pangas" that will take you fishing, or to surrounding beaches 
and tiny beach communities.  Bring your fishing pole and catch your
own dinner right from the pier!  Everything is walking distance from this superior location,

The rental rates in Puerto Vallarta vary with the time of year.  In the summer (May 1 - November 1), 
rate is $650/week. In high season, from Nov. 1 until May 1, the price is $895/week.  The 
Christmas holidays (this year December 20 - Jan 4) cost more due to high demand, $1150. If this unit
is not available during your requested time frame, we work know the owners of other studio, one and 
two bedroom units in this same building, and work directly with them to fill vacancies when
they are not able to be there themselves.  
There is a one-week minimum rental period. All prices include regular
housekeeping services.
