Nestled into a jungle hillside amidst lush vegetation, Casas de los Sueños blends traditional Mexican

location is but a 5 minute walk to the beach. A short stroll beyond lies the fascinating pueblo with 
its many restaurants and surprisingly well-stocked tiendas (stores). 

For over 30 years this property was a social centerpiece, with a reputation that spanned the globe. 
The Casa was the ultimate paradise hideaway/getaway for many Hollywood celebrities. 

Under new ownership, all 6 separate and private casas have been totally renovated in 2007 while 
retaining the traditional palapa style. 

Casa Principal shares the colorful and open kitchen, that offers an optional breakfast each morning, 
off the center courtyard. (not included in rental rate) There is seating for more than twenty guests. 
Clients of Casa de los Sueños have access to the full kitchen, under certain conditions.

The 6 Casas will accommodate a total of 18, comfortably sharing its beauty and serenity with dozens 
of species of birds, many found only in Yelapa. This experience is encouraged by the 100's of 
varieties of native flowers and trees that are spread throughout. Seeing is believing!!!

In general, each casa features:
• Its own kitchenette with coffee station, hotplate and refrigerator.
• Fine linens adorning queen or king size pillow top beds 
• All beds include bug nets 
• A well-appointed tiled bathroom, quality towels. 
• A bodega (safe box) for valuables,
• Hand crafted Mexican furniture. 
• All adjacent to a private patio.
