perfect to relax and spend a time away from the city. Enjoy a great 
view from the ocean from the large terrace while sitting there and 
relaxing with the sound of the sea, from the living room while 
resting a while, from the dinning room while having a meal or from 
the balcony upstairs. The house is literally in front of the beach, 
you’ll be at only two steps from the sand and some more from the 
sea. Enjoy the breeze, the sunsets, the sunrises, the sea and the 
sand with the comfort of this amazing house. It’s located near 
Uaymitun, at only 5 min by car from the fisherman village of 
Chicxulub, 10 min from Progreso, 40 min from the beautiful Colonial 
Capital of Yucatán (Mérida), 1 hour from Mérida’s airport and 4 
hours from Cancun. Chicxulub is a beautiful small and quiet 
fisherman village, where you can find all the basic services as 
telephone, internet, market, video store, drugstore, catholic 
church, etc. In Progreso you can find almost everything, including 
ATM. Buses runs two times a day between Progreso and Chicxulub, and 
minivans (called combis) runs several times during the day. From the 
house you can find public transportation to Chicxulub, how ever 
having a car would be much easier.

Special Services:

We offer for free the service to pick you up at Mérida’s Airport and 
take you to rent a car or directly to the house. 
The person that is going to pick you up (the manager) speaks 
English, French and Spanish. 
We offer cleaning service of the house once a week for free, you can 
ask for extra cleaning days for an additional cost to the manager.
We offer fishing service, arrange with the manager.
Water skiing, knee boarding, going in a banana pulled with a boat, 
or only taking a ride in boat available, please arrange with the 
manager.
