Description:
Behla is a private and unique oceanfront house located on Tulum
Beach, one of the most pristine and beautiful beaches in the world.
The house sits right on the powder-white sand, between the warm
Caribbean Sea and the jungle. Behla is spacious and bright with
high ceilings, a wall of French doors facing the ocean on both
floors, and plenty of terraces and windows that offer magnificent
ocean and jungle views. There are 3 rooms (sleep 8), 3 bathrooms
and an open kitchen overlooking a large living and dining area. The
decor is modern with Asian and Mexican inspired details, and hand-
made furniture and artwork.

Second floor:
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
- master bedroom with a luxurious bathroom (soak tub with ocean
views, shower, double sink), walk-in closet, Moroccan-style

views, queen-sized bed.

Behla is the perfect house to enjoy the best of beach living. You
will wake up in your comfortable bed and see nothing but the ocean
in front of you. After breakfast on one of the terraces, you can
swim in the Caribbean, lounge under a palm tree, enjoy a yoga
session in the living room with a sea-breeze, take a long nap in a
hammock, put your feet up (literally) on your private oceanfront
deck with one of the best massage therapists in Tulum?. Perhaps you
will finish the day with a margarita on the rooftop watching the sun
set over the jungle, and walk in the shallow surf to a nearby
restaurant or, better yet, savor a gourmet meal prepared and served
to you at home or on the beach.

- Dec 13, 2008 - May 1, 2009: $5,200 per week

- May 2 - Sept 5, 2009: $4,400 per week

- Sept 6 - Oct 30, 2009: $3,800 per week

- Oct 30 - Dec 11, 2009: $4,700 per week

- Dec 12, 2009 - April 30, 2010: $5,200 per week
(**except Christmas and New Years weeks: $9,800 per week)

Nightly rental (3-night minimum) at $700-1000 per night may be
available - please contact us for such requests.

Additional surcharge may apply for groups larger than eight and
special events.

Payment may be made by bank or other transfer, or MC/Visa/Discover/
Amex (credit cards: 4% surcharge). 50% due upon reservation;
remainder due 45 days in advance. We request a valid credit
card number to reserve (pending payment), and in lieu of a
cash deposit. Payments are non-refundable; provided, however, that
the amount, if any, for which Behla is re-rented during the
reserved period may be applied to the rental thereof at another date.
