This beautiful and spacious three bedroom three and one half bath
Cozumel vacation home is minutes away from the airport, and walking
distance to the local beach, town square, shops, restaurants, and
night time activities.

Among its many features is a designer kitchen with lovely granite
counter tops and bar. 10 tons of marble grace the floors of this
luxury Cozumel vacation rental. The dining room features a custom
tile mosaic floor. The living room has an astounding 31 foot
cathedral ceiling and the Master Bath a Jacuzzi built for two. There
is a guest house in the middle of the property and is done in
classic Mexican Colonial style.

Among Casa Tito's many features is a large pool perfect for swimming
laps, with a hand made tile mosaic. Casa Tito was originally built
as a personal residence with no expense spared. The entry doors are
adorned with leaded, beveled crystal glass. The walkways are made of
Marble and a cascading waterfall and pond create the perfect mood
while poolside. A BBQ grill is located in the front outdoor
entertainment area with a dive rinse tank and rack facility near the
entry. There is even a personal gym with a full bath adjacent to
the garage and dive rinse tank.

The bed configuration is: King in the Master with a stunning leather
couch and seating area. The guest cottage located in the middle of
the property has a queen sized bed and extra large bath,
entertainment center as well as a small refrigerator. The second
bedroom in the house has a Full Sized bed. Air conditioning and
ceiling fans are located throughout the house. Custom tile work,
stain glass and mahogany woodwork is everywhere. Casa Tito’s many
custom features are too numerous to list.
