Vacation Rental Description

January Special---9 nights for the price of 7---January 12th through the 21st for only $1300 or take  
a week within that time frame for only $1000! 
 
AND our "Fill in the Calendar" Sale! Any available dates until December 28th for only $100 per  
night! A steal for those vacationers who like to visit several places, or those who just want a  
quick getaway! Please check the calendar for available dates. 
 
The pictures above were taken looking straight out from our balcony! We have an honestly  
unobstructed view of the beach and ocean! This is why we chose this unit over all the others! 
 
ABOUT THIS UNIT: 
Spacious, fully A/C'd 2 BR, 2 full bath oceanfront condo. Sliding glass doors in living room open to  
a large 5' x 15' balcony. Our 2nd floor location offers you security and privacy. You can leave the  
windows and slider open when you go to the beach, town or to bed. Fall asleep listening to the ocean  
and feeling the breezes with your windows and slider open without any security concerns! 
Retired professional chef has personally equipped the well appointed kiychen with gourmet quality  
utensils, cookware, and glasses (not plastic). Includes hot and cold water dispenser, microwave,  
tiled countertops and much more. We have hot water at every faucet (not that rare, but some places  
actaully advertise that as an extra). 
We also have fine quality linens and towels (including plenty of beach towels and extra pillows). 
Our furniture was chosen for your comfort and neeeds. We have a recliner---not frequently seen in  
Mexico--for Dad, and a dining room table that opens to easily fit 6 to 8 people since we love to  
cook and have guests over. 
There is FREE secured Wifi in the condo. 
Immense amount of closet space in both bedrooms. 
Safe in the condo, and we also supply a locking cabinet for your larger valuables such as laptops or  
cameras (although Puerto Morelos is a very safe community). 
There is an incredible amount of RECENT movie tapes, CDs and books, covering every taste (at least  
30 or more of each, and updated every 6 months). 
Restaurant and local info books in the condo are also updated every 6 months. 
 
ABOUT THE COMPLEX---CASITA BLANCA 
8 blocks (10-15 minute walk) north of the town square. You can walk to town by road or beach. 
There are only 20 units, so it is never crowded. The ON SITE managers are extremely congenial and  
speak English well. We constantly get feedback about how helpful and friendly they are. 
There are 5 palapas and plenty of loungers around the pool and on the beach, so you can have your  
choice of sun or shade (and no one does that "towel saving a spot" thing). 
There are FREE kayaks for condo renters.  
The condo pool is 22' x 30', which is large for such a small complex.  
There is a convenient outdoor shower and foot bath pool so you can clean off the beach sand before  
you return to your condo or the pool.  
There is even a kite surfing kiosk on the beach in the high season (and also randomly other times),  
so you can have free entertainment (or maybe you might try it yourself!)  
You can also have a massage and/or facial on the beach by our local masseuse.  
There is a laundry room (for a fee) in the complex--always in working order. Twice weekly maid  
service.  
Cable TV, unlimited purified water  
 
ABOUT PUERTO MORELOS:  
Known for fishing and snorkeling/scuba. The reef is straight off the beach from our condo, and there  
are plenty of guide boats for tours (about $25 per person).If you hang a towel from our balcony, you  
can show people on your boat where you are staying--the reef is that close! Needless to say, fishing  
is also great!  
Also known for its many restaurants--ranging from casual to special occasion.  
 
PLEASE NOTE--"Tuna" the former onsite restaurant, has been closed for almost a year (despite what is  
on reported on other websites), but there is a beach bar right next door to our complex. On  
weeekends and high season, they also have an outdoor barbeque.  
 
Puerto Morelos is best known for a laid back, relaxing vacation. It is also a great home base for  
day trips to Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Xcaret, Tulum, Chichen Itza, and other Yucatan sites. There  
is an unbelievable availability of cabs and buses, and we'll be happy to give you info before your  
trip that may save you a lot on car rentals. 
 
ABOUT YOUR HOSTS:  
We have been active in the hospitality and resort rental properties business for many years. Our  
properties are our livelihood, not a sideline. As such, we dedicate our time, resources and  
attention to the care of our properties and our guests. Our goal is to offer a great vacation  
experience so our guests become repeat customers and/or refer friends and family. To achieve this  
goal, we describe our properties fairly and accurately without misleading embellishments, maintain  
our properties in fresh, guest ready condition, frequently update our webpages to reflect current  
conditions, and set our rates at or below market conditions. Our property will be as represented on  
our webpage when you arrive. No "Chevy Chase Vacation" surprises here! From our experience, we know  
what vacationers need and what is just fluff that looks good on a brochure. We appreciate and act on  
the feedback of our clients.  
 
We accept credit card payments through Paypal, and we give discounts for last minute (3 weeks or  
less prior to rental) reservations.

Water, Plenty of recent and classic CDs and Videos, Linens, pillows, comforters and beach towels  
provided, Maid Service twice weekly, Kayaks (with life jackets), free secure Wifi in condo, short  
walk to the center of town (15 minutes), and plenty of taxis, local buses, and buses to Cancun or  
Playa del Carmen nearby.

Activities and Attractions

Snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, kitesurfing, sightseeing (Mayan ruins, crocodile farm, Xcaret,  
botanical gardens), swimming, kayaking, boating, sailing, massages on the beach. Plenty of  
restaurants with a variety of ethnic foods (Asian, Italian, German, French, and of course Mexican).  
Most restaurants specialize in fresh caught seafood and fish. You can take a cab to the main road  
($2), then catch the modern and comfortable buses to Cancun or Playa for the day (another $4). 
Puerto Morelos is best for a calm, laid back, relaxing vacation, though!
