Our villa is a two bedroom, two bath unit, located on the second floor - providing a spectacular view 
of the Sea of Cortez and the Sierra de la Laguna mountain range.

The master suite has a king-size bed, a large closet and a walk-in shower.

The guest suite has two double beds, a walk-in closet and a walk-in shower. 

A community pool and jacuzzi, large palapa, gas barbecue and bathroom are located in the garden 
courtyard - providing the perfect setting for parties and family gatherings. 

A modern grocery store and bank are located a short walk from the complex. 

The Malecon, a seaside strip of restaurants and shops is located a short drive from the complex.  

The kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator, stove and dishwasher;

La Paz is an increasingly popular resort destination that maintains an authentic Mexican ambiance.

Eco-tourism is a rapidly growing industry in La Paz.  Many visitors are beginning to come to La Paz 
to scuba dive, snorkel and sea kayak. 

January through May is a perfect time of the year for whale watching – as hundreds of Gray whales 
migrate south from Alaska to Magdalena Bay.  

Excursion tours can be arranged to experience the whales frolicking with their calves in the warm 
waters of the Baja.

DEPOSIT | PAYMENT:

•  50% deposit is required to book a reservation, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

•  $100 security deposit is required to reserve the unit, the deposit will be returned at checkout.  

•  Payment is accepted via PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Check.


CANCELLATIONS | REFUNDS:

•  Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival.

•  Deposits will be refunded if the unit is re-rented for the same time period.  


CLEANING FEE:

•  Cleaning fee of $60.00 USD is required for each booked reservation.
