This is a comfortable two-story beachfront house with pool and
surrounded by beach vegetation. It is located in Uaymitun which is the
most exclusive neighbourhood of the coast of Yucatan. Here you can
have great beach walks enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets all
year around.  If you want to have a private, comfortable and
accessible stay in the Mexican beach this is the best option don’t
miss it. For rent all year around!


The house has three comfortable bedrooms, 2 of them with ocean view
and a spacious balcony. It also has 3 bathrooms, all very clean. The
kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, toaster, blender,
utensils, plates, glasses cups, etc. All you need to cook a delicious
dinner. The living room has TV with optional satellite and DVD and
comfortable furniture and an excellent beach view of the ocean,
coconuts and beach vegetation. 
It has 2 terraces, one for the pool with a sunbath area and a charcoal
grill and the other is the ocean front terrace with nice furniture.

Only 1 hour from the city of Merida airport, and 4 from Cancun. The
town of Chicxulub is only 5 minutes away and it has a market where you
can get fruit, veggies and meat. It also has services like internet,
long distance calls, drugstores, laundry. Progreso is 10 minutes away
and here you have all the services you need: Gas stations, mall,
supermarkets, movie theatre, sea food restaurants, beachfront bars
with the coldest beer in town, Mexican market where you can get
handcrafts and silver, hospital, etc. The locals are very nice and
friendly people.

You can take the public transport from the back of the house every 20
minutes to Chicxulub, Progreso and Telchac. Once in Progreso you can
take the bus to Merida. 
Anyways, we strongly recommend having a car. If you don’t bring yours
you can rent one in Merida or Cancun.

The house is cleaned once a week, but if you want it can be cleaned as
much as you want for an additional charge.

Ocean swimming and just in front of the house there is a reef perfect
for snorkelling with lots of different species of fish. 
Just behind the house you can see and hear exotic birds like flamingos
and ducks. 
There’s a beach club in town where you can take wind and kite surfing
lessons or rent equipment. 
Beautiful beach walks which sea shell collectors will love. 
Restaurants and bars at Progreso. 
The Mayan ruins of X’cambo are just 10 minutes away. Dzibichaltun is
40 min away, Uxmal 1.5 hours, world famous ruins of Chichen Itza 2
hours. You can visit lots of cenotes which are beautiful caves where
you can swim in clear water. 
Fishing, Scuba Diving and boat rides can be arranged with the
fishermen in Telchac, Progreso and Chicxulub.
Golf course 20 min away.
Visit the beautiful colonial city of Merida, just 45 minutes away
where you can buy Mexican handcrafts, hammocks and more.
