The Presa House is located on the Callejón San Juan de Dios, just off
the historic Presa de La Olla, Guanajuato's most elegant neighborhood

The Presa House is close to restaurants, convenience stores, a big
park, and Spanish Schools. It has quick access to the center by bus or
taxi, or you can make an easy 25-30 minute walk to the center of town.

The Presa House has living and dining rooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1
full bed and two twin beds,) 1 bath, and an upstairs office. It
features a lovely courtyard full of flowers and plants. From the roof
terrace, you can enjoy the view of the Cerro de La Bufa.

The Presa House is fully furnished, and decorated in Mexican style.
Furnishings include bed linens, towels, dishes, cookware, coffee
maker, microwave, TV and DVD player, range, refrigerator, washing
machine, a safe for your small valuables, and filtered drinking water.
Satellite TV, computer with DSL Internet and Skype. wireless internet,
and optional wireless telephone is provided for your convenience.

Parking, if needed, is usually available outside on the street or down
below at the Paseo de la Presa, the main street two minutes away from
the house.
