Beautiful and brand new home right on the beach in the Las Brisas 
area of Manzanillo.  This home has been designed to accommodate both 
small and large groups, from 2 - 15, with both a one bedroom and 
studio suite on the upper floor (both with kitchenettes) and a 3 
bedroom suite on the lower floor or rent the whole 6 bedroom 6 bath 
home.  Most all beds are king/twin splits 
enabling us to match almost any required bed configuration.  Perfect 
for groups of deep sea fishermen, golfers, corporate retreats or 
family vacations!

The views and sunsets here at Casa Puesta Del Sol are amazing from 
all areas of the living, kitchen, dining and terrace areas.  Enjoy 
the warmth of the patio and pool area and walk straight onto the 
beach!  The ocean is great here and perfect for swimming, and with 
this 5 mile stretch of beach, is perfect for beachcombers or those 
wishing a quiet morning walk. The pool area is also equipped with a 
cabana with bathroom and shower facilities.

All bedrooms of this home are airconditioned and have 
full and spacious ensuite bathrooms (all but one), plus all rooms 
have ceiling fans 
throughout.  The main living area on the lower floor, studio and one 
bedroom suites all have LCD screen tvs with satellite and cable, 
offering both english and spanish language television.  In addition, 
there is a DVD player and CD players on both levels of the home.  
Both upper suites have small kitchenettes and the lower floor 
has a large full kitchen - all are fully stocked with all basic 
cooking and eating utensils.  

All rentals include daily housekeeping and fresh towels - bed linens 
are changed once every 3 days or midweek.  There are plenty of pool 
towels by the cabana and lots of outside seating either on the 
poolside terrace or on the pool deck. The main dining area has 
seating for 10 plus 4 extra stools at the kitchen bar counter. The 
laundry area is available for your use (honor system at $2.00 per 
load), or ask our house staff to 
help you with this - they are here to ensure you have a wonderful 
vacation, so please feel free to ask them for any service you may 
need.

There are 2 outdoor showers - one near the cabana bathroom and one 
located right off the pool area where you can walk onto the beach.  
The pool is large and a great place to view the beach and sea life!

All glass doors around the living area can be pulled back to create 
an outdoor living space and both front facing lower bedrooms open 
onto this front terrace.  On the upper floor, there is one large 
terrace with comfortable deck chairs.  The studio and one bedroom 
suites open onto this terrace and are separated off for your privacy 
and comfort.

There is also an upper terrace facing the front entry of the home, 
with a large table and 8 chairs - perfect for your group meetings, 
card games or morning breakfast to watch the sun rise over the 
mountains.

Our specialty is deep sea fishing vacations - the fishing here is 
excellent and we can accommodate both large and small groups.  Feel 
free to contact us to design the deep sea fishing vacation of a 
lifetime.  You can expect to catch Sailfish, Marlin, Dorado, Yellow 
fin Tuna and a whole array of other large fish!

The golfing in Manzanillo is also excellent with 4 courses nearby - 2 
within a half hours drive and 2 about an hour away.  The fifth course 
is under development now.

There are also many sightseeing tours available and the shopping in 
Manzanillo Centro is a treat.  You can also rent beach boats/kayaks 
and sea-dos just down the beach.

Ask our house staff to organize in home massages, grocery shopping, 
dinner reservations, in house meals etc - they are here to assist you!

All rates are quoted in US dollars and some flexibility will apply 
based on your length of stay.  In addition, rates are based on the 
section or areas of the home you may wish to rent.
