top floor penthouse unit the “Segusino” suite overlooks the pool and
has fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez. This unit has been
completely remodeled in the fall of 2006 and decorated to a very high
standard. Hand made artisan decorations beckon to Mexico’s rich
artistic history. Many of the furnishings are hand made in a modern
living but traditional style. The kitchen and baths are well
appointed with Kohler sinks and Italian ceramic tile. A separate
utility room with laundry is in the unit. The unit has views of San
Jose del Cabo, the Estuary, Sea of Cortez and Punta Gorda. Convenient
to all, the complex is above the Mayan Palace Golf Coarse and walking
distance to the best of San Jose. A short drive takes you to some of
the best beaches in Baja like the one and only Palmilla, Chileno and
Santa Maria bays. Concierge service and security is provided.
Historic San Jose Del Cabo has become a great place to dine and shop.
Gourmet and traditional dinning is abundant. Many painters and
artisans have located here in San Jose's historic building. The town

with views to Punta Gorda and the Sea of Cortez. The balcony over
looks the pool, gardens and has seating and a BBQ. Every room has air
conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen has lots of cookware,
glassware and flatware. Microwave, stove, washer/dryer are new Fall
2006. A separate laundry/utility room is in the unit. The complex has
3 pools, 1 children’s pool, palapa’s and landscaped gardens. Security
and concierge service is provided. Satellite TV/DSL Internet is

drive. The quaint town of Todos Santos and the famous “ Hotel
California” is a 1.5 hour drive up the west cape.
