located on beautiful Sandy Beach, just five miles from downtown Old Port.  We are located 50 yards 
from the ocean on the fourth floor with fabulous ocean and Old Port views.  Elevators are 
conveniently located throughout the complex. 

Master bedroom has a king size bed with master bath; the guest bedroom has a queen bed directly 
across from the guest bathroom.  

The kitchen is fully equipped with stylish dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, toaster, blender and 
built in microwave.  The unit includes 3 TV's (with cable and HBO), a DVD, 3 VCRs, and a game 
player, as well as games, books and movies.  It also includes a CD/casette/radio.  There is also a 
porta-crib and highchair.

Rates range from $125.00 per night to $200.00 per night, minimum two night stay.  Rates vary 
depending upon time of year (Off season, peak season, holiday).  Discounts for extended stays 
negotiable.  There is an additional $35.00 cleaning fee per stay.  

There will be a 50% refundable cash deposit when booking and balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  
Cancellation within 15 days of your arrival date is subject to a $100.00 fee unless you reschedule 
your booking.  If cancellation is 10 days or less prior to your arrival date there will only be a 
50% refund unless we are able to rebook the time.
