This beachfront property is uniquely suited for a group or family getaway.  Just beyond 
Punta Gorda on the East Cape, Los Zacatitos is about 10 miles east of San Jose del Cabo.  
The property includes a beach house that easily sleeps 4 to 8, and a “Casita” which can 
sleep 4 comfortably. 
Both houses have panoramic views of sea and desert. 
Los Zacatitos is a tranquil residential area and the beach is very private and yours to enjoy.

 Altogether a great place for a family reunion, yet, the layout of the casita and beach house 
are SEPARATE ENOUGH TO BE RENTED INDIVIDUALLY and afford privacy from each 
other.  Like no other Cabo house rental.

• The beach house has three bedrooms and two baths.  A large, palapa covered terrace 
   looks down on the beach on the Sea of Cortez, a great place for whale watching from 
   December through March.
• The casita has one bedroom, two baths, and a large living room/kitchen area. A futon 
   provides additional sleeping space.  
• A spacious, partially covered terrace overlooks the desert and is ideal for sunset 
   dining.  
• A patio area with ocean view spans the front of the building. 

Both houses have fully equipped, Talavera-tiled kitchens, comfortably furnished living 
rooms, and tiled bathrooms. Appliances include television, DVD/VCR players, stereos, and 
ceiling fans throughout.  Each bedroom has plenty of closet space.  Both houses are solar 
electric.

Beach House:
•  2 queen bedrooms; the third bedroom has 3 twin beds.  
• Additional queen size couches for outdoor sleeping are available.
• 2 full bathrooms, one with tub
• Large outdoor terrace, great for whale watching from December to March.  
• Indoor and outdoor dining and sitting areas. 

Casita:
• 1 large queen bedroom, 
• Main living area includes kitchen and comfortably furnished living room, with a double

Rates are given in the form: Low/High Season.

High season is loosely defined as the week before and the week after Thanksgiving, 
Christmas, New Years or Easter

Beach House:  
$1500/$2000 per week for up to 6 people and $50/100 per additional person. 
Daily rate is $250/$350 with a three day minimum.  

Casita: 
$1000/1300 per week for up to 4 people.
Daily rate is $200/$250 with a three day minimum.

Both Houses:
$2000/$3000 per week for up to 10 people.
Daily rate is $400/$550 with a three day minimum


A $200 refundable security deposit is 
required for each house.

Rates can be negotiated for longer periods.
