As you arrive on the hill overlooking Costa Brava you will thrill to
 the panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. View 20 mi.s to the North
 is Punta Colonet and 20mi.s to the South is Punta San Quintin with 
Isla San Martin in between. 
The view from your easy chair is the same looking out the 4 large
 plate glass windows. Whales, Dolphin, Seals and numerous different 
types of Sea Birds can be spotted out these same windows.
From March through May ,the Grunion regularly spawn on these beaches. 
Located +- 15 miles north of San Quintin proper, on the beach in a 
small, safe community.  Ideal family vacation rental.  Includes 3 
bedrooms, 2 baths.  Two bedrooms are in the house proper and the 3rd 
is a self-contained unit a few steps from the house with a full bath 
perfect for a second couple.The house is completely fenced so you 
wont have to worry about your pets or children wandering off.

tell us and we will try to accomodate them.
