We are located just South of San Filipe in the gated community of Via
Las Palmas. Our new home is on the beach. There is private access to
the beach from the patio. Our beach level unit has views of the city
and the Sea of Cortez. It is very near the marina where you can
launch your water craft or purchase fresh fish from the local fishermen.

This home is new. It has a fully equipped kitchen including
microwave, coffeemaker, garbage disposal large refrigerator freezer,
trash compactor, range, dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with
everything needed to serve a fine dinner. There are granite counter
tops throughout this unit. There is a large living and dinning area
adjacent to the kitchen. This unit is aprox 1800 square feet. The
master suit, has a king bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed, the
third bed is a queen fold out couch in the living room. This unit has
full air, heating and cooling. The living and dinning areas over
looking the Sea of Cortez.
All linens and towels are included.

activities and attractions in San Felipe Baja California

Hiking, golf, fishing, Horseback riding, boating. There are many
miles of trails to ride your off road equipment. Riding on the beach
is not allowed by Mexican Law.

vacation rental rates

Rates starting at $300.00 per day. Two day minimum. Rates vary with
the season. Discounts given
with stays of one week or more.
