Perfectly located on Quinta Avenida (5th Ave), the famous pedestrian  
promenade, my "treehouse" condo part of a funky, unique, curvy  
mexican style building called Mixteca. Views  
of Caribbean and easy walk to all shopping, restaurants, pubs and  
BEACH. Weare a mere block to the best beach in Playa (Mamitas Beach). 
 
Despite the central location, the feel of this property is more a  
private garden Oasis, with secured gate, courtyard and pool. 
 
* All Linens and towels are provided, kitchen is fully equipped.

Low and Shoulder Season rates are negotiable 
 
*Weekly, monthly rates available. 
 
Holiday rates are between $150 and $175/night 
Deposit and Cancellation Policy - non-refundable if cancelled,  
unless dates can be 
rebooked, then there is just the admin fee of 2 nts rent
