The house, finished in 2006, is an authentic Mexican House with  
german cleanliness. 
Three minutes walk to town center and beach. 
Both suites(upstairs and downstairs)are identical in layout, they 
have two large, cool rooms, one with king size bed, the other with 
fold-down bed-couch, living room and kitchenette.Both have full 
bathrooms.The upstairs and the downstairs have private balconies. 
The downstairs suite also has a private lawn and garden with a 
palapa covered patio. 
On the roof is a shared view sunset palapa as well as a tanning and/or star 
gazing patio.
The property is completely walled in for privacy with secure off-
street parking. Minimum rental one week. 
Maximum 4 persons per suite.

La Manzanilla is more for people who are looking for the relaxing 
tranquility of the old Mexican style life.
No night clubs or discotheques but there is a large variety of 
restaurants with excellent food and suited for all different budgets 
 … also the best tacos anywhere from the sidewalk “chop-chop” 
restaurant.

All furnishings are new,the kitchens are equipped with cook stoves 
and ovens,fridge and the usual glass and china wear and cutlery, as 
well as pots and pans. Coffeemaker and blender available on request.

Wireless internet available @ $ 20.00 per week.
costumized in-house Spanish lessons $15 per hour. Certified teacher.

The beach is 5.5 km (3 mi) long perfectly suited for a daily “hike” 
while enjoying the sea life and birds, the occasional swim, sun 
bath, etc.
There is also a mangrove lagoon as part of the ecological reserve, 
which contains a multitude of wild life as well as alligators/ 
crocodiles, some of them well exceeding 4 m (13 ft) in length. The 
swimming beaches of the La Manzanilla are considered the safest on 
this coast. 
The bay is teaming with all  sorts of fish, occasionally whales 
and 
dolphins come into the bay to play in its crystal clear waters.
Also snorkeling, diving and sea kayaking are popular.
Consider a SUMMER VACATION here especially in the rainy season, 
wonderful tropical rainstorms, and catch one of the fantastically 
spectacular thunderstorms, we just love it.
...and at 32 C or 89 F and a daytime high, it is cooler here than
