Private, quiet duplex just 2 ½ blocks from 5th Avenue (Ave. Quinta)
and a 5 minute walk to Playa's beautiful Caribbean beach. Downstairs
apartment is a large studio with queen-size bed, private bath,
kitchen, and living room with single bed and hammock hook. Cable TV,
VCR, drinking water, A/C, sheets and towels are included. Kitchen is
fully found with two-burner gas range, microwave, and full-size
refrigerator and a complement of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
Sleeps three, four with hammock. Housekeeping twice a week.

Upstairs apartment has large, well-equiped kitchen, large living room,
private bath, and sunny, high-ceilinged bedroom with french doors
leading to a screened and covered porch -- a delightful retreat
overlooking the patio and gardens below. Includes cable TV, VCR,
drinking water, sheets and towels, A/C plus ceiling fans. Sleeps
three, four with hammock. Housekeeping twice a week.

Located just opposite a town park in a quiet cul de sac, the duplex
has a spacious and private garden patio with plants, tables and
chairs, and charcoal grill. A short walk gets you to 5th Avenue, the
heart of Playa's shopping and night life; another block and you are on
the beach.

Well-lit streets provide secure parking directly adjacent to the
apartments; buses and taxis can be found on 10th Avenue, less than a
block away. ATM, banks, bus stations, hospital, food stores,
restaurants, bars, and all manner of shops are a short walk or quick
cab ride away.

Playa del Carmen offers a friendly mix of outdoor activities
(beachcombing, boating, swimming, snorkelling, sunbathing, sailing,
parasailing, diving, golfing, hiking, canoeing, paddle boats, jet

nearby archeological sites and Mayan ruins), shopping, and night life
that is hard to beat. Want to rent a bike, moto, Harley, car or Jeep?
No problem. Playa is a friendly place, small enough to maintain its
character but with a breadth and variety of services, shops,
activities, tourist attractions, clubs and music to keep anyone
entertained for a week or two -- or a month or two

vacation rental rates

The rate for each apartment is $350 per week for up to three people;
$10/day for up to one additional person. Maximum occupancy of four;
minimum stay of one week with a discount for stays of more than one month.
