This is our beautiful apartment in Mazatlan. Located in the second floor of a great building 
featuring a corner coffee shop that puts Starbucks to shame…
A gourmet restaurant that serves an unreal breakfast, a “salad and burgers” outdoor terrace, an ice 
cream shop, a bank with ATM machine, an internet cafe (although if you have your lap top you can 
frequently connect wireless  right inside the apartment, and always at RICO’s café downstairs), a 
convenience and liquor store, a laundry where you can leave your dirties and pick them up clean and 
folded in a few hours….a book store to exchange your old books for new ones…it is an amazing 
location, and there is more, much, much more…2 pharmacies within a block, 24 hour medical clinic 
across the street, sport bars, restaurants, shops, and the best yet….across the street from 4 
fabulous first class hotels all with beautiful facilities and beach front swimming pools that we are 
welcomed to use anytime. ..oh yah ! I almost forgot the first class “ El CID’ golf course 300 yards 
from our door and the Tennis club with a tennis pro right next door.
Step outside the building and flag down one of the hundreds of open air taxis that will take you 
sight seeing or in a beautiful 15 minutes ride along the water front to the Historic downtown 
Mazatlan where the Cathedral, the centuries old Market place, and Plaza Machado with some of the 
best restaurants and live music in Mazatlan await you.
We love our apartment and spend as much time there as we can. The rest of the time we share it with 
our friends and family, and rent it out to those that would appreciate it and enjoy it with the same 
respect and care that we do.
Our apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a huge living and dining room and an ample kitchen 
with a storage patio that features the hot water tank and drinking water dispenser. It also has a 
great balcony with sliding doors off the living room and a bistro set to enjoy your coffee in the 
morning, or that evening drink as you watch the corridor view of the ocean changing colors under a 
sunset that, if you went across the street to the beach front, makes you feel as if you could touch 
that fire beach ball going down in front of your very eyes….
