This one bedroom condo has unobstructed ocean views of the Sea of 
Cortez. Relax in comfort with white sand beaches, breathtaking ocean 
views and manicured tropical gardens. La Jolla Resort is a luxury 
condominium complex of 6 buildings, 4 pools, 2 jacuzzis and a bar 
and restaurant. The Unit is located on the 5th floor with elevator 
access to the door. 

La Jolla is centrally located in San Jose Del Cabo with activities 
and stores within walking distance. The condo is situated about 
twenty minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from Cabo San 
Lucas, in a mature, quiet condo complex. San Jose is a beautiful 
small Mexican town with lots of shopping and great restaurants. 

La Jolla is near Sardina Cantina (good, inexpensive 
food), Trader Dicks (mini market), En Salada (vegetarian 
restaurant),  Zippers (beach restaurant), and the Coral Baja Condo 
complex, all within walking distance. The Mega superstore (grocery, 
food,) and mall is about a 15 minute walk.  There is a bus stop 
across the street that will take you to Cabo San Lucas for about 
$3.50 USD. 

The world class zippers surf break is a 5 minute walk down the 
beach. There are 3 surf breaks there for all types of surfers and 
boogie boarders. The Costa Azul surf shop is located across from 
Zippers restaurant on the other side of the highway. 

There are taxis available at the resort that will take to San Jose 
or Cabo. 

The Unit is equipped with air-conditioning and 2 ceiling fans. There 
is a brand new weber barbecue on the patio and seating for 4. The 
kitchen is fully equiped with coffee maker, blender, toaster and 
microwave. All linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs are 
supplied. There is satellite T.V. with american and canadian 
channels and CD player. The bedroom has a king sized bed and the 
living room has a sofa bed. 5 gallon water jugs are available at the 
home owners office for 25 pesos/ $2.50 USD and someone will deliver 
to your unit if desired.

vacation.
