Casa Margotis in the nicest area in Puerto Vallarta, Conchas Chinas 
about a mile and a half from downtown, south so you do not need a 
car. You can walk along the beach to old town where you will fin 
shops, beach, markets, or you can call a cab.  They have radios now 
and we are in their computer. You enter into a dramatic hall with 
pillars surrounding it, Off this hallway is the living room with bay 
windows, comfortable seating, bar with bar stools. Off the living 
room is one of the master bedroom with kingsize bed, dressing table, 
walk in closet, patio. This en-suite bathroom has 2 sinks, 2 bathtubs 
2 showers all done in beautiful tile. The second master bedroom has a 
kingsize bed, large closet, kingsize futon, desk and bookcase. If you 
go to the left there is a large storage room with washer dryer. If 
you go through the bedroom there is the other en-suite bathroom with 
bathtub and shower. The cabinets are all done in rosewood, the floor 
and sink is beautiful mexican tile. there are 2 doors one to the 
bedroom and one to the hallway.  The kitchen is very very large. it 
is decorated with pol paintings, mexican plates. It has a disposal, 
microwave, stove, frig, pure water, blender, mixers, etc. The 
cabinets again are in rosewood, counters tiled. There is a bar amd 
bar stools.  The dining area is surrounded by plants and a bay window.
The library is off the hall paneled in rare wood. There is a sofa bed 
chairs large tv closet bookcases fine art. The office is off the 
kitchen with over size chairs, desh, chair, internet phone bookcases.
the patio has a portable barbeque, lounge chairs, table chairs 
umbrella. The pool has a great ocean view, lounge chairs umbrella 
chairs and table. the whole Casa is beautifully decorated.
