Villa Amanecer rests on the beautiful Sea of Cortez in the gated 
area of Bahia de los Suenos (Bay of Dreams), just one hour southeast 
of La Paz, the capital of Baja Sur.

The Villa awakes to spectacular sunrises.  The four bedrooms feature 
kingsized beds, baths, a wall that opens wide to the Bay and the 
rich marine life of the Sea of Cortez. 
Each bedroom enjoys a private patio. 

There are custom built closets, desks and night stands, air 
conditioning, and cieling fans. 
There is a safe in each bedroom for your personal use.
 

There are Marble floors throughout the Villa, granite countertops, a 
stainless steel kitchen and a Great Room with a magnificient brick 
dome ceiling and ten foot, tuck-away doors that helpl to create the 
seamless outdoor feeling that is the signature of the 3,700 square 
foot Villa.
  
Outside, beautiful views, flowers, palm trees, perggolas and a 
palapa, with stainless bar-b-que grill that overlooks the pool and 
bay await.  There is a garden patio at the rear of the house, the 
'catch of the day'.

A lovely 15' x 30' pool, Jacuzzi for 8 people; private sand area; 
Palapa and stainless bar-b-que; patio tables/chairs; teak lounges; 
pool bath/shower; outdoor speakers, outside ceiling fans, private 
patios, washer/dryer; jacuzzis in the two master bedrooms; 
magnificent sound system; DVD, Ipod ready, 50" plasma TV, and the 
Villa is an Internet Hot Spot.  There are private areas for 
reading/relaxing. The Dining room seats 8 to 10, there is a granite 
Kitchen Bar, and a pool patio high table. There is a sitting and 
eating area on the back patio. Daily Maid Service is included. 
Sergio, the Villa property manger, and his crew, assist with local 
knowledge,information, questions, and arrangements.

There ae two Restaurants at the Bay of Dreams:  Giggling Marlin at 
the Beach or nearby Centro de Trenes with a gorgeous view.

Two fishing boats are available with the Villa (fee and prior 
arrangement) with experienced local Captain / Guide for deep sea 
fishing,cruising or snorkeling (gear is available - no fee). 

There is horseback riding at the Bay of Dreams, small boat rental, 
windsurfing (30 min.), boogie boards, and ATV rental. The Bay of 
Dreams swimming beach is 5 minute drive from the Villa.

We offer seasonal rates from $810 US dollars plus 13% Mexican hotel 
tax.  Holiday rates for Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving are 
$1,125 per night.  All reservations require a $600 refundable 
security deposit at booking.  
Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled at least 60 days prior 
to initial rent date. Funds may be applied to another rental of this 
casa within one year of cancellation - price could vary. Change fee - 
$100.00

Experienced cook and chauffer available with prior arrangement (fee).
Meals are traditional Mexican fare or other meals upon request.
