Las-Gaviotas is a beautiful, hillside, ocean front community with 
private beach, pool, hot tub, and tennis court located just 30 
minutes south of the border. The cobblestone streets, palm trees, 
bougainvillea, beautiful gardens and gorgeous blue ocean make it 
truly spectacular! The private surf break is great for the beginner 
or avid surfer or you can try beach volleyball or shuffleboard. World 
class golf courses are nearby, along with Fox studios, several spas, 
horseback riding, and of course, lots of shopping. It is gated and 
guarded 24 hours a day by English speaking security guards. 

Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is located just row back from the beach 
and has captivating views from the master bedroom and living room. 
The upstairs of the house contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 
living room, kitchen, courtyard, fireplace, and fabulous large 
balcony. All bedrooms are extremely large. The master bedroom has a 
king size bed, it’s own personal bathroom, deck, and fabulous ocean 
views. The second bedroom hosts a double bed and three single beds 
while the third bedroom contains a queen bed. Downstairs is a one 
bedroom apartment with queen size bed, pull out couch, bathroom and a 
second full kitchen. The house can be rented as a 4 bedroom or as a 3 
bedroom. If you have an extremely large party, you can also rent our 
3 bedroom, 3 bath house next door, "Villa Tortuga".

 

	 

 
 

	

As our own personal vacation home, the house is extremely well 
equipped. Outside there is a gas barbeque and a weber, a table and 
chairs, umbrella, and lounge chairs.  The kitchen contains all the 
necessary amenities for great meals, along with a blender, coffee 
pot, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, there are three 
TV’s with 2 DVD’s and VCR’s, a stereo and a movie library. Linens and 
towels are provided. All rooms contain ceiling fans.  Just bring your 
own beach towels!

The complex has a private beach which is great for surfing.  There is 
also a volleyball court, childrens playground, shuffleboard, tennis, 
pool, and hot tub.   

Located within 20 minutes of Las Gaviotas are two world class golf 
courses, BajaMar and Marriott's Real Del Mar.  Fox Studios theme 
park, where "The Titanic" and "Master and Commander" were filmed, is 
just minutes down the road. Puerto Nuevo, the lobster village, is 
just 1 miles south of Las Gaviotas.  In addition there is shopping, 
kayaking, sailing, boating, parasailing, jet skiing, shelling, 
swimming, snorkeling, diving, surfing, windsurfing, biking, hiking, 
fishing, shuffleboard, horseback Riding and tennis. Several health 
and beauty spas are available close by for for a backrub or spa 
treatment.  And if you can't decide with all of those activities, you 
can simply snooze on the deck with a margarita and book!
