each. Also, there are three separate outdoor patios, two of them 
upstairs with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Of course, there are 
handcrafted Mexican tiles throughout. 

The house is within minutes of numerous recreational activities 
(see "Activities" section) and the Homeowners Association provides 
24-hour security services. 

Best of all, this house is is close enough to Rosarito and Ensenada 
to have an adventure, yet far enough away to relax and get away from 
it all!

The master bedroom has a king size bed overlooking the ocean, 2nd 
bedroom has queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room 
has a leather sofa/queen sleeper and two leather chairs/ottomans, as 
well as a Futon (that can sleep an additional person). There is also 
a garage w/automatic door opener. There are 3 outdoor patio 
terraces. One is on the ground floor complete with a charcoal 
Barbeque and genuine Mexican decorative stone table (great for 
lunch). Another is upstairs attached to the master bedroom with a 
breathtaking view of the ocean - complete with a chiminea, for a 
cozy nighttime fire. The third and largest patio terrace is also 
upstairs and overlooks the ocean - comes complete with a large 
outdoor table and 8 chairs for dining, relaxing, or just sunning.

The Homeowners Association retains 24-hour security services. 

Gourmet Restaurant "La Fonda" (about 1/2 mile south), Golfing at 
Bajamar (just a couple miles south),Puerto Nuevo, lobster village is 
a short drive north, excellent surfing near K58 (1/2 mile south),
