Alondra is one of only 11 privately-owned condo units in one of 
Vallarta's most architecturally stunning buildings. Easily visible from Los Muertos beach, 2 minutes 
walk and just one block below, passersby find it very intriguing. Some call it 
the "piano" building. It certainly is grand - white, curvilinear, 
rich in detail, climbing in tiers up a beautiful green hillside. 
Large planters on every level create a hanging gardens effect. The 
rooftop deck has a charcoal BBQ and boasts panoramic ocean, beach 
and city views. You may see whales breach just offshore! The spectacular sunsets become a highlight 
of every day. Our building's atmosphere is remarkably quiet, relaxing, adult-oriented, respectful 
and welcoming to all. The building is gay and lesbian friendly.

Since 1990, we have owned and operated one of Vancouver, Canada's 
most successful downtown bed and breakfasts. Alondra is our own, 
private vacation getaway. We can assure you of the same professional 
standards and attention to detail that have pleased many thousands 
of returning B & B guests. We hope that our B & B's facility for

Alondra opens onto the pool deck, just visible in our exterior 
building photo, behind the red bougainvillea. It is a dipping pool 
with a soothing waterfall during daytime hours. Only 2 small Studio 
units share this level. From the pool deck, you can look down 
directly on the beach. Wrought iron chairs & table and comfortable 
loungers make this deck a great place for outdoor breakfast, an 
afternoon lie-down or evening drinks. The best Wi-FI reception is 
also from this deck.
 
Inside Alondra, you will find a spacious, open-concept living, 
dining and kitchen area with three large, opening windows with 
ocean, pool and rooftop views. The equally spacious bedroom is 
visible in our photo through the large archway. It enjoys a huge 
arched window as well. It connects to the ensuite tiled bathroom 
which features an original stained glass opening window.

This is a wonderfully managed building. It is securely gated, so 
that you have keys for the front gate as well as your condo. Your 
rental rate includes a friendly, English-speaking daytime Manager, 
daily maid service and nighttime security guard. Offstreet parking 
is included on a first come, first served basis. On street parking 
is readily available right in front of the building.

Alondra is non-smoking, air-conditioned, equipped with quiet, overhead Casablanca 
fans and large windows that open! Cable TV and a boombox enliven the 
living room. Wireless internet reception is sometimes available in 
the living room but is best if you take your laptop and sit out on 
the pool deck. The kitchen has a frig, gas stove top(not an oven), a 
microwave, a coffeemaker, a toaster, a blender for the margaritas 
and a juicer for the fresh tropical fruits. All dishes, cutlery & 
utensils are supplied. Iron & ironing board too. Although Vallarta's 
municipal water is rated as perfectly safe, bottled water is 
available from our Manager.

The bedroom features a king bed, plenty of closet space, a clock-
radio and an in-room safe. All linens and towels are supplied.

The bathroom is bright and roomy. The large, tiled shower has a 
handy sit-down bench.

Location! People come to the Los Muertos Beach area of Vallarta for more than the swimming, tanning, 
relaxing, shell-collecting, boating, sailing, fishing, parasailing, 
windsurfing, horseback riding and excursions available. Our condo is 
just one staircase above all of those activities. But go out our 
door and within three blocks stroll along safe, cobblestone streets, 
you will be in the heart of the genuinely Mexican Olas Altas 
neighbourhood. You will find convenient & colourful neighbourhood 
groceries & shops, some of Vallarta's very best fine dining, live 
theatre, clubs & nightlife. Day or night, this wonderful mixed 
community of locals and international visitors is friendly and 
invariably helpful. Here, you will find the real magic of Vallarta 
at work.
