has an ambiance of openness and lightness as created by the décor of
whites, creams and warm greys. This clean and spacious beachfront home
is steps from a barely visited beach while also having a moderate
sized pool with an open terrace and covered lanai.

Rooms are defined by grey stoned archways and illuminated by large
windows and overhead skylights. A warm touch is added with Mexican
tiling throughout – from light colored floors to warm tones in the
kitchen and bathrooms. The living and dining areas are centrally
located for dining, socializing and relaxing. They are adjacent to the
kitchen, which is partitioned by a crescent island. For evening movies
or those sporting events, a full media centre including a big screen
TV is a focal point in the living area. Bedrooms are decorated in warm
tones of blues and greens, adding to the comfortable warmth of this house.
