by an inspired local architect. Ideally situated in a quiet
neighborhood within steps of the town's best beach and a comfortable
walking distance to the town square (Zocolo).

Two bedrooms, one with ocean sunrise views and the other with jungle
sunset vistas: each with full bath and balcony. Marble
floors throughout, Corian countertops in the kitchen and baths.
Lovely gardens surround a shamrock shaped pool with cabana and BBQ:
offstreet gated parking.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, self lighting stove, toaster,
blender, new pots and pans, glass glasses, dishes, silverware, hot
and cold potable water dispenser and large refrigerator.
Additionally, a pantry with washer/dryer and balcony: air
conditioning in all rooms.

The architect/builder lives on site and maintains everything to the
