Vacation Rental Description

Riviera Maya Modern Maya Pristine Caribbean Bay 
 
We are directly on a powder beach and Private Turquoise Caribbean Bay, 
Main House has a Great Room you can  roller skate in,2 large bedrooms 
each with king bed and private bath.  We also have in the Main House a 
sleeping loft with two twin beds. 
 
Windows all around stream sunlight and sliding glass doors access the 
cover Patio Palapa overlooking your beach.  Please Google VRBO and 
search for 17242 for GUEST COMMENTS!  We have over 70% repeat guests 
as we are a magical 
place here.   
 
Directly behind the main house one atop the other are our two Casitas 
which are really small efficiency Apartments each with a Queen Bed 
which we rent to groups who rent the main house. 
A/C and full kitchens and Baths.  PLUS we specialize in large groups 
and have inflatable beds (Swiss Army) which we can make up and place 
anywhere you like for those extra guests and kids (who love the Harry 
Potter spot under the stairs)!  Join us for that family reunion or 
group vacation.  We look forward to hosting your vacation of a lifetime.

You name it.  Microwaves, DVD Dolby 5.1, SAT TV with Platinum SKY 
Package and every NFL GAME EVERY SUNDAY, wireless High Speed Internet, 
5 kayaks, 10 beach chairs, all 
kitchen appliances and utensils and dinnerware under your 30 foot high 
Palapa roof. 
 
Large Sturdy Crib, High Chair, Center Island/ 
Bar with six stools, all hardwoods and great service.  Housekeeper and 
grounds keeper and owner on site.

Activities and Attractions

Snorkeling, birding, Mayan Ruins, Diving, Cenote (cave) snorkeling and 
diving.  Horseback riding, hiking, reading beach trash with you favorite 
beverage, beach combing, doing nothing, doing everything, Kite Sailing, 
Jungle zip lines, Monkey reserve, taking a siesta, and my favorite, 
cocktails on the patio.
