Florida or Cuba. Merida boasts the lowest per capita crime rate in 
Mexico.

Ideal to stay away from the big tourist crowds in a real mexican 
atmosphere, This new, modern, beachfront home is situated on its own 
white, sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with a beautiful 
sunset view. 

The 3 very comfortable and large bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms (all with 
walk-in closets) make this the perfect vacation home for a family, 
sleeping 6-10 very comfortably. The beach provides a unique 
atmosphere to relax. 
There are 2 levels of living space and a roof top terrace 
area for entertaining or just admiring the view. 
The beach front swimming pool is just outside the terrace and a few 
short steps down will take you to the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The bar is ideal for a get-together.
Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, and the third bedroom has 3 
twin size-beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The 
bathroom off the master suite has 2 sinks.

The airport you should fly into is Merida (MID), Yucatan. I highly 
recommend to rent a car at the airport. I will send you driving 
directions from the airport to CASA AZUL, it is very simple. In 
Progreso there is now a large grocery store called BODEGA AURRERA 
(from the WAL-MART group) next to the Progreso gas station as you 
enter Progreso from the Merida highway.

There are very good restaurants close by. The charming little port 
of Chicxulub is near the house. Flamingo watching also close to the 
area. There is a golf course only 25 mins. away in the city of 
Merida.
