Ocean Front Studio: Our Premium Studios are located right in front of the ocean offering a  
magnificent undisturbed ocean front view from a large private terrace with a hammock, chairs and  
dining table.

Booking & Cancellation Policy: A two-night deposit will be charged to 
your credit card at the time of booking. Balance is due upon arrival 
to the hotel. Deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 14 
days prior to arrival date. Unused nights, No Shows and/or early 
departures are not refundable. 
 
For Christmas and New Years reservations a 50% 
deposit will be charged. Deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs 
at least 60 days prior to arrival date. Unused nights, No Shows and/or 
early departures are not refundable.
