Vacation Rental Description

Our 2 bedroom condo is brand new in 2006. It is located on the  
Marina of this beautiful, family oriented, gated community. It is  
close enough to walk to the restaurants, but far enough away for  
peace and quiet. The white sand beach is just 100 yards from the  
back door, making it the perfect location to enjoy all Puerto has to  
offer. 
This 1700 square foot condo has 2 big bedrooms each with their own  
bath and thermostat for the central airconditioning. The master  
bedroom has a king-sized bed & walk-in closet with a beautiful view  
of the marina and separate access to the terrace. 
The second bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds and a large closet. 
The great room provides ample living space for both dining in and  
relaxing, with a spectacular view of the waterway coming in off of  
the Carribean ocean. The terrace is perfect for dining on and  
lounging while watching the boats go in and out of the marina.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully stocked kitchen w/ granite countertops, custom cabinetry,  
dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, hot/cold  
purified water dispenser, pots, utensils, dinnerware, glassware,  
etc. There is a separate closet with a washer & dryer.  
The dining area has a custom table, chairs and buffet with  
comfortable seating for 6.  
The terrace overlooks the marina and has a seperate dining table and  
2 lounge chairs. 
The living room area has a custom entertainment center which houses  
the tv/dvd player, a dvd library and a host of fun games. The  
furniture is inviting & comfortable, making relaxing and snoozing a  
must. There is also an MP3-ready CD player in the living area. 
Cable & Sky tv (3) located in the living area and in each bedroom.  
Each tv has a dvd player as well.  
The linens are all provided and are 400 thread count. We also  
provide beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, blow dryer,  
iron & board, pac & play (can be used as a crib), coolers, paper  
towels etc.  
The infinity pool is located 50 yards from the front door of the  
condo and is right off of the beach.  
Internet cafes (2) are easily accessible on the marina as are the  
ATM machines(2) 
There is off street parking and a wheelchair accessible ramp into  
the condo. 
For weekly guests a mid week and departure clean up is included.

Activities and Attractions

The waters around Puerto Aventuras are renowned for the incredible  
snorkeling, scuba diving, snuba, sailing and sport fishing. The  
marina offers shopping, dining in any of the 10 different  
restaurants, spa/ salon services and internet cafes. 
Local tour companies offer tours departing from the Omni resort to  
the Mayan ruins of Tulum and Chichen Itza, para sailing, horseback  
riding, ATV and 4WD adventure tours, zip lining, cenote swimming and  
much more. Xcaret and Xel-Ha eco parks are also minutes away and  
incredible to see and experience. 
The marina in PA boasts a Dolphin Discovery, making swimming with  
dolphins a "MUST DO" while vacationing here. There are also, sea  
lions, manatees and sting rays living right on the marina. Eat lunch  
at one of the terrific restaurants and watch the animlas play! 
Playa Del Carmen is a short 12 miles north, where you will find 5th  
Ave., one of the best shopping and dining experiences on the Riviera  
Maya. 
If you would rather stay close to home, you can enjoy cocktails and  
food at the Omni Beach Bar and watch the sun set on Fatima Bay. 
The whole family can have a fabulous time enjoying all that Puerto  
Aventuras has to offer.
