 Puerto Vallarta is located on the Pacific coast of Mexico, on one of
the largest bays in the world, the Bay of Banderous. The bay is home
to whales, dolphins, turtles & many more amazing animals.
 The Grand Venetian’s location is central to everything Puerto
Vallarta has to offer. The Grand Venetian is the majestical blend of
luxury and esthetic functionality which distinguishes the developments
 of the BVG around the world. 
The amenities includes: 1 large Infinity pool and a 3 large dipping
pools, placed privately in front of each tower,  a modern Fitness
Center, world class Spa, tennis and paddle tennis courts, fully
equipped business center, beautiful gardens, and a children's
playground and bell tower.
 Casa De Mela is like a home away from home.
 
Our ocean side condo is our second home, so you will find every
amenity you require. Our home is decorated with luxury furnishings,
with tranquility as your theme. We are sure you will feel right at
home in the relaxing environment.

The living room is spacious and open with oversized chairs and fold
down couch, perfect to relax and enjoy the ocean, or just watch a movie . 
The dinning area seats 4 very comfortably in style and elegance.
        The bedroom has a pillow top queen size bed with large pillows
for your relaxation & comfort. Full bed linens provided. The bedroom
has abundant closets, full dresser, mirror as well as night tables,
lamps. 
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to
prepare any type of meal you desire.
The bathroom is open and spacious with an extra large granite vanity.
The oversized shower has a seat for comfort. Towels and hair dryer are
provided.
You have a washer & dryer as well as iron & ironing board.
A computer and desk are added for maintaing contact with loved ones
back home.
 We have two balconies to sit, lounge, and or dine while enjoying the
magnificent views. The balcony off the bedroom, shares the amazing
morning vista of the sun rising over the magnificent Sierra Madre
mountains & the Grand Venetian clock tower. The living room balcony
blesses you with ocean, sky, sunsets, and between 9:30 am and noon,
whales & dolphins feeding & playing.

system, 32 inch LCD T.V., 26 inch LCD T.V., Washer & Dryer,

cooking utensils, Iron, Hairdryer, Safe, Linens, Towels, 
 2 balconies, 1 in the front looking over the ocean, Have your camera
ready for the Dolphins & whales.
 A balcony off the bedroom as well.
  

 The Grand Venetian is centrally located giving you close access to
everything.
There is shopping a short walk away & even more shopping in just a
short 5 minute cab ride or bus ride away.
 Puerto vallarta has many incredible restaurants, some of which are
world renowned. There is something for everyone, choose a different
place every  night of your stay, some with magnificent views if the
bay.
 Puerto vallarta offers many different tours, from whale & dolfins
watching, to Canopy rides that let you propel through the air in the
jungle tree tops. Charter a fishing boat, rent dune buggies, the
possibilities are endless.

 Holidays  $200.00 daily  $1300.00 weekly 
 We require 50% deposit of rental & $300.00 damage deposit at time of
rental. 
 Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
