Vacation Rental Description

Located right on the beach only 20 minutes drive (or taxi) from the airport at Cancun,  
this condo is brand new, contemporary Euro-mexican design, marble and mayan  
tile floors, washer dryer, king size bed in master bedroom with double doors to terrace and  
full picture window with beach and ocean, shower has beach and ocean front view, and  
bedroom has ipod ready alarm clock dock, wireless speakers for outside or inside that will work with  
an ipod or cd player. Wireless internet inside and out!  Opening groceries can be purchased in  
advance, we can also collect you and drop you back to cancun Airport and we can provide a local cell  
phone for free incoming calls - all at a reasonable rate, just let us know and we'll arrange it. 
 
Decorated and furnished using contemporary mexican furniture and handmade mexican  
art purchased locally.  
 
One side of this condo made up of huge sliding glass doors all with a beach and ocean  
and pool view...no seriously....there's nothing like it! 
 
All windows are equipped with privacy shades, but you can certainly choose to awaken to  
a beautiful mayan sunrise 
 
Puerto Morelos location offers convenient access to authentic Mexican cuisine in the many  
restaurants, as well as a fresh food market, a daily fresh seafood market, and grocery store.  There  
are a dozen gourmet restaurants in town, and plenty of taco and drink places on the beach and around  
the plaza.  
 
If you desire the excitement of Cancun or Playa Del Carmen, they are just a short car, bus or  
cab ride away.  After exploring the sites, escape back to rest, quiet and relaxation at Palma Real 
where the only sounds you'll hear are the birds and the waves. 
 
The best recommendation we can give you is that we spend several weeks a year at this oasis!

Condo has private deck right next to beach and ocean.   
 
Ground level with easy access to beach, ocean or pool and solarium area equipped with deck chairs.  
 
Secure, private, and peaceful.  There are no noisy beaches and loud music!  No need to save a beach  
chair with a towel!  Shaded palapas and lounge chairs on beach  and reclining padded chairs by pool. 
 
Condo fully furnished, washer and dryer, fridge freezer, blender, coffee maker, flat panel TV and  
dvd player and sky satellite tv, iron, 4 burner gas stove and oven, microwave, etc. 
 
King size bed in master, twins or king in second bedroom, full sleeper sofa in living room if  
needed.  Linens included.

Activities and Attractions

Explore the best snorkling in the world on the worlds second largest  
reef right out your back door.  There's swimming, kayaking, fishing and scuba  
close by, and easy arrangements with friendly staff. Mayan ruins, theme parks, golf and tennis a  
drive away.  
 
Internet Café for coffee and light breakfast  
El Pirate for breakfast, French toast is excellent  
Café Azul on the beach for quesadillas and shrimp with Dave’s sauce  
also snorkeling and live music most of the time.  
L’ Oazis for dinner excellent greek salad and the Sambucca shrimp is  
a real treat.  
Café Azul for drinks at night and The Habenero Bar  
Habenero Bar for late night food, try the spicy chicken sandwich and  
a great burger  
 
Visit Xcaret for a full day of activities, a little spendy but well  
worth it, get there early and claim your spot then adventure:  
Underground rivers and cenotes

Scuba  
Hammocks  
Animals and birds all over  
Mayan ruins  
four-wheelers 
Horse back riding 
And a lot more  
Visit Tulum or Coba  
 
Go to Playa del Carmen and Spend the day at the Blue Parrot Beach Club  
Walk the cobblestone alley street (about 10 blocks long of shops and  
restaurants)  
 
Take ferry to Cozumel for the morning or afternoon  
Last ferry runs from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen at 10:00PM so have  
dinner in Cozumel  
 
And most importantly, hang out at the condo pool and catch some rays.   
Enjoy some shade and a snooze under the beach palapas, with your drinks and food only a few steps  
away.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1000 to $2400 per week, Christmas and new Year $2500/week for 4 or 6 people. Monthly rates by  
quotation. 
Price negotiable depending on availability and number of people.  Last Minute deals may be  
available, including some partial weeks, so check if you can go in a heartbeat! 
 
Special pricing for 2 people staying in july August, sept , oct   
 
LAST MINUTE:  nov 1-20 $900/week  Thanksgiving week $1500   
 
Bookings are generally saturday to saturday check out noon or before, check in 4 pm - its not a  
problem if you get there earlier just have your swimming stuff handy - you'll be in the water 30  
minutes after you leave the airport.  We can also arrange pick up and drop off at the airport very  
reasonably.  we can also arrange to have your fridge stocked when you get there just ask for more  
info.
