Beautiful Condo in Progreso, Yucatan. Ask for more pictures. 
 
Located at Marina “ Tortugas ”.   
Good for rest, quiet and relaxed place. Enjoy beautiful days with  
the ocean breezes or walking in the Marina piers. 
 
There is no need to rent a car; it is on the bus line.  It is only a  
10 minute to the supermarket, shops and restaurants of Progreso  
town.  
 
30 minutes from Merida, City. Near to many Mayans ruins. 
 
The owners live on site, making sure everything is well maintained  
and in perfect working order so you can fully enjoy your vacation.

Activities and Attractions

You will find many English speaking people. 
   
Since the December to March temperatures are a comfortable 70 - 75  
degrees F during the day and into the low 60's at night.  
 
In Progreso you will find a large supermarket, an outdoor market  
with local produce, currency exchange offices,banks, laundries, 24  
hour pharmacies.  
 
You will find many fine seafood restaurants across from the beach  
and drinks and food service on the sand.  Sailing, windsurfing,  
kayaking, etc. are available at a beach club on the west side of  
Progreso, a short distance away.  Bicycles can be rented. Fishing  
can be arranged with a local fisherman or at the marina. 
 
Another activities : Beach walks, bird watching, nature preserves,  
boat rides, towns and haciendas. 
 
Visit yourself the Mayan culture taking a tour to Mayan ruins such  
as the Dzibilchaltun, the pyramids of Uxmal and Chichen Itza.

Vacation Rental Rates

RATES 2008 : 
 
The one month rental price is $1,450.00 USD, utilities included. 
 
NOTE: For rentals of 4 months or more, the rent is $1300.00 USD per  
month, plus utilities. 
 
POLICIES : 
 
Rental Rates are quoted for 1-6 persons 
 
All bookings are a minimum of one month. 
 
All Rates are in US Dollars.  
 
25% of the total rental fee is required to confirm a reservation and 
the remaining  
balance owning (PLUS A US$300.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT) must be paid in full at  
least two weeks prior to your arrival.   
 
If the time you want is not available, we suggest that you ask to be 
placed on our waiting list . There is always the chance of a  
cancellation.
