This brand new unit sleeps 8 (1-king, 1-queen, 2 sets 
of bunkbeds in the kid's room; king and queen rooms have private 
balconies over water).  
 Located on the most exclusive beach of Isla Mujeres, Sac Bajo, Casa  
de Mis Tres Ales, (Puerta al Mar unit 201) is part of a Brand New  
(completed October, 2007), but rather intimate 24-unit 5-story  
condominium that features expansive views of our private beach,  
tremendous pool with 'swim up tiki bar' and the Bahia de Mujeres. You 
will be astounded by your ability to see through the translucent  
water to the coral reefs in the morning as you take breakfast  
prepared in the unit's full kitchen, and by the sunsets over Cancun  
in the evening.  The double sliding glass doors recede into the walls 
to create an expansive space connecting the living room and balcony.  
Full water views are readily apparent  from the Living  
Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom.  There are three separate 
balconies, all overlooking the water. This is an end unit, so peace  
and quite predominate, as does light afforded by the extra windows  
found only in end units.  
 
All mattresses are 'high end' pillow toppers. Each bedroom and bath 
are spectacular  
and wonderfully appointed,  with mostly original artwork and handmade  
furniture. The two guest  bedrooms, also with their own balcony,  
feature views of the Marina and Lagoon (one guest bedroom features a 
queen bed for two adults and its own private balcony over the lagoon; 
the other features two sets of bunk beds  
for four adults or kids). This unit is furnished with handmade  
tables, couches, chairs, beds and cabinets...the handiwork of Luis  
Alberto, an Isla resident and carpenter. Concierge service, a  
business center, full spa and gym facilities, and wireless internet  
are also present.  
 
Localizada en Sac Bajo, una de las zonas más exclusivas de Isla 
Mujeres, “Casa de Mis Tres Ales” (Puerta al Mar, Unidad 201) forma 
parte de un condominio totalmente nuevo (fecha de culminación de la 
obra: Octubre, 2007), la cual consta de 5 torres y 24 unidades, y que, 
como característica principal, tiene una extraordinaria vista sobre 
nuestra propia playa privada, una impresionante piscina con bar y por 
supuesto, la Bahía de Mujeres.  
 
Se sorprenderá cuando disfrute de un delicioso desayuno o simplemente 
de un espectacular atardecer, observando las aguas translúcidas y los 
arrecifes de coral, así como la hermosa de costa de Cancún. 
 
La maravillosa vista se puede observar desde la Sala, el Comedor, la 
Cocina y la Habitación Principal. Esta unidad, por su ubicación, es 
bastante tranquila y silenciosa, así como muy bien iluminada por los 
grandes ventanales que posee. Tanto la habitación principal y el baño 
son espectaculares y maravillosamente diseñados, con trabajos 
artísticos originales y muebles especialmente hechos a mano. Los dos 
cuartos adicionales, también poseen su propio balcón, con vistas de la 
Marina y la Laguna (una habitación posee una cama para 2 adultos; y la 
otra dos sets de literas para 4 adultos o 4 niños). Los muebles fueron 
realizados por Luis Alberto, carpintero residente de la Isla, y quien 
le dio a los mismos, el toque característico de la madera trabajada en 
la Isla. Contamos con servicio de conserjería, un business center, 
full spa y gym, así como internet (wireless).

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit features 9 foot (three meter) ceilings, double sliding glass 
doors that recede into the wall in the livingroom, dishwasher, full 
stainless steel refrigerator, oven, stove with grill, microwave, 
washer and dryer, beds for 8 (king, queen, and 2 bunkbeds (4 beds). 
All beds are high quality pillow top mattresses, not cheap hotel or 
posada beds.  the master bathroom is very large and has a jacuzzi tub  
with a window overlooking the water...pool has swim up bar under 
palapa roof... 
 
Voted number 1 by islands magazine, issue July - August ’05. Isla 
Mujeres is located only 15 minutes by boat from Cancun, yet maintains 
its quaint island charm. Isla has a large variety of restaurants, 
cafés, night life, hotels and marinas. Favorite past times include 
scuba diving, big game fishing and snorkeling along one of the reefs 
surrounding the island. Isla is also home to the liveliest sport 
fishing tournaments along the Maya Riviera and is the finishing point 
of the famous Regatta del sol. 
Isla Mujeres is located just a few miles off the coast of Cancun and  
is served by a large network of fast, bi-level, airconditioned  
catamaran ferries running every 30 minutes (for about $3.50) In  
fact, the door to door travel time from the airport is only about  
one hour, and it is only 30 minutes to downtown Cancun nighlife (if  
the island and all its clubs at the north end are just too relaxing  
for you). The island is approximately 5 miles long and .5 miles  
wide, and is easily explored by bike, golf-cart, and moped (all  
available for rent).  But Isla is only the beginning, just a walk  
off the beach starts your snorkeling adventure. Or, for a bit of  
nautical history, visit the caves of the sleeping sharks nearby,  
discovered by Jacques Cousteau. Isla Contoy next door also provides  
excellent diving and a view of the aviary, or, for the most  
spectacular learning experience about Mayan history and culture,  
book a day trip to the site voted one of the new Seven Wonders of  
the World, Chitzen Itza. 
 Or stay on the island and visit the sea turtle farm a walk up the  
road from the Casa, swim with the dolphins at the center just around  
the corner, or bike to the end of the island and walk along the  
cliffs and down the paved walkway to the water were the waves crash  
into rock caves and snapper are visible a few feet away.

La pintoresca Isla Mujeres está localizada a solo 15 minutos (vía 
bote) desde Cancún. Posee una gran variedad de restaurantes, cafés, 
vida nocturna, hoteles y marinas. Parte de las actividades que se 
pueden hacer en la isla incluyen, submarinismo, pesca, o esnórkel en 
los arrecifes que rodean a la isla. Esto la hace muy atractiva para 
torneos deportivos de pesca a lo largo de la Riviera Maya y es el 
punto final para la famosa Regatta del Sol.  
 
La Isla se encuentra a pocos kilómetros de la costa de Cancún, a la 
cual se puede llegar por medio del servicio de ferry dispuesto para 
tal fín, con modernos catamaranes que cuentan con aire acondicionado y 
que hacen su recorrido en 15 minutos y tienen horarios de salida cada 
media hora por aproximadamente $3,5 (dólar americano). El traslado 
desde el aeropuerto hasta la Isla sería de aproximadamente 1 hora en 
total, y está a solo 30 min. del centro de Cancún, en especial si le 
interesa la vida nocturna de esta hermosa ciudad. La Isla tiene un 
tamaño aproximado de 7.5 km y 1.5 km. de ancho, por lo cual es muy 
fácil de recorrer a través de bicicletas, carritos de golf, y 
motocicletas (hay gran variedad de sitios donde puede rentar dichos 
medios de transporte en la isla).  
 
Solo esto sería el comienzo de su aventura por esta hermosa isla. Si 
le gusta algo de la historia náutica, sería interesante que visitara 
las cuevas de los “tiburones durmientes” descubierta por Jacques 
Costeau, o la Isla Contoy, muy cerca de nosotros y en la cual podrá 
tener una gran experiencia apreciando su hermosa reserva natural o 
practicando buceo. Y si quiere conocer una de las nuevas Siete 
Maravillas del Mundo, Chichén Itzá, pues encontrará fabulosos tours 
que lo llevarán directamente desde la isla a esta reserva arqueológica.   
 
Si lo que prefiere es permanecer en Isla Mujeres, puede visitar la 
granja de Tortugas, o nadar con delfines solo a la vuelta de la 
esquina, caminar por los acantilados donde podrá observar un 
maravilloso paisaje de olas chocando contra las rocas, y grandes peces 
nadando muy cerca de Usted.

I will match any price on a comparable property. Discounts for repeat 
renters: Your 
rate will never change as long as  you rent each year. 
Rates are  depending on the season. $150 to $450 per night 
3-night minimum is required. rentals for 14 days or 
longer are eligible for a 5% discount.  Sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen 
(both with private balconies over the water) and 2 bunkbeds (4 beds). 
 
El precio de alquiler es de150$ --450$ (Dólar Americano) por día. 
Estadía mínima requerida de 3 noches. El precio no incluye 40$ por la 
limpieza y 12% de impuesto. Para clientes que retornen o estadías 
mayores a 14 días, se considerará un 3% de descuento. Es importante 
que sepa, que al rentar "Casa de Mis Tres Ales, Puerta al Mar unidad 
201," Ud. estaría apoyando a la comunidad de la Isla, ya que los 
muebles de la unidad han sido elaborados por un carpintero de la Isla 
(Sr. Luis Escalante), así como un 5% del pago que Ud. realice será 
destinado directamente a obras de caridad que Ud. mismo tendrá la 
oportunidad de seleccionar entre la siguiente lista: 
-	Violencia doméstica (el dueño de esta unidad, es el director del 
Centro para Adultos Victimas de la Violencia, de la Medical University 
of South Carolina, Charleston, EEUU), Abuso de Sustancias, Escuela 
Primaria, Escuela para jóvenes discapacitados, cuidados de salud 
alimentos para personas de escasos recursos, La Iglesia Católica de la 
Isla (para mayor información y nombres específicos de cada uno de las 
opciones antes nombradas, se encuentra dentro del condominio, y si Ud. 
Desea hacer algún donativo extra puede dirigirse directamente a los 
sitios antes nombrados)   
 
Por el contrario, si Ud. conoce o prefiere una obra de caridad 
distinta  que haya descubierto en la Isla, nos lo puede notificar. Al 
rentar esta unidad, Ud. realmente está ayudando a la micro-economía de 
la Isla y a los niños de escasos recursos de esta maravillosa comunidad.
