each having 
a triple-paned top-to-bottom glass sliding doors leading to a large private patio. The bathrooms

Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
Must be 25 years old to rent.
Additional cleanings may be requested for a 
fee of $43.00 per service. (Normal cleaning is done upon your 
departure.) A deposit of $250.00 is made at check-in/arrival and is 
refunded upon your check-out/departure if there is no evidence of 
damage or loss to the unit.

Your reservation confirmation will be e-mailed to you upon the 
receipt of your money.  Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance 
of your arrival date for a full refund.  Cancellations within 7 days 
of your arrival date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Holiday 
reservations that are cancelled at any time will not receive a 
refund.
