       patio facing the Pacific Ocean, and private stairs that
       lead you directly to the Beach in front of it.  The front
       court yard has a pool, patio, outside shower, covered
       dining room with a built-in cooking area, gas BBQ.  The first
       floor has a large kitchen, eating bar, beautiful dining and
       sitting area.  The Second floor has two Master Bedrooms, with 
       King size beds and private baths.  Both rooms have a
       unbelievable views of the Ocean.  There is a third room that
       is a office and has the washer and dryer in it.  The Third 
       floor is a private Master Suite, it has a large patio that
       over looks the Ocean, a TV room that has views of the 
       Mountains, a large Master bath with a huge shower, wet bar,
       eating area, walk-in closet, king size bed that over looks a 
       wall of windows that face the Pacific Ocean.  You can wake up 
       in the morning and look out at the Ocean without getting out
       of bed.
       

       Every Floor has local telephone service and Vontage telephone
       service, that has a U.S. telephone number, which gives you 
       unlimited telehone service to U.S., Canada, U.K.
       Each floor also has wireless Hi-Speed Internet.

      Season Weekly Rates:  $2500.00 US

      Christmas and Carnival weeks will have a surcharge.
      Rates include linens, light maid service.
      All rentals require 50% deposit, with full payment 
      two weeks before occupancy.  Minimum stay is seven
      days.  No Spring Break groups under 25 years of age.
      
      Refundable Security Deposit of $500.00 is required
      Pet Deposit of $100.00 per pet
