Vacation Rental Description

A tastefully furnished two bedroom / two bathroom condo on the magical 
island of Isla Mujeres. This unit is part of the Ixchel Beach Hotel, a 
new 24-unit condo hotel on Playa Norte (North Beach), the most 
beautiful beach on Isla Mujeres. 
 
Our ground floor condo is just steps away from the pool and powdery 
white sands of Playa Norte - a perfect location for those wanting 
direct access to the pool, snack bar and beach. The breathtaking 
turquoise sea of the Caribbean is visible from the patio and the calm 
shallow waters of Playa Norte are perfect for families with small 
children. 
 
A charming island with a laid-back feel, Isla Mujeres is a quick 
15-minute ferry ride from Cancun. The island is only ½ mile wide and 5 
miles long, making it an easy place to explore. From swimming with 
dolphins, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing and shopping, there are 
many things to do – if you can drag yourself away from the incredible 
beach.  Want to check out the other side of the island? Have fun 
renting a golf cart or moped (or take a local taxi). You’ll also find 
many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within walking distance of 
our condo. 
 
The condo can be rented in various ways  (1) as a two bedroom / two 
bathroom suite, including a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room 
and patio; (2) as a one bedroom one bathroom suite, including a fully 
equipped kitchen, living/dining room and patio; or (3) as a one 
bedroom, one bathroom hotel room, which includes a mini-fridge and 
coffeemaker. If needed, a roll-a-way bed can be provided for a small 
additional fee in either the one bedroom or two bedroom suite.  
 
The two-bedroom suite can accommodate up to six adults. There is a 
king size bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second 
bedroom and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedrooms each have 
a cable TV, DVD player, phone, alarm clock, reading lamps, electronic 
safe and iron. Bathrooms have separate dressing areas and are 
equipped with blow dryers. The living room is equipped with an LCD TV 
and a DVD player. The condo is air-conditioned throughout and 
has free wireless internet access. There are marble floors throughout 
and granite counter tops in the kitchen. Linens, bath and beach towels 
are provided.  
 
Rent either the one or two bedroom suite and watch the sunset from the 
patio, which is furnished with a stylish teak set - a table, six 
chairs and two chaise lounges. 
 
Ixchel Beach Hotel has a poolside snack bar and beach lounge chairs 
and umbrellas for use both by the pool and on the beach. There is a 
friendly bi-lingual staff to help you plan your activities while you 
are on the island. The hotel offers 24-hour security and access to the 
unit is via a card entry lock system.

The condo can be rented in the following configurations:  
 
Standard Hotel Room - from $130 to $285 per night. 
 
One Bedroom Apartment - from $170 to $335 per night.  
 
Two Bedroom Apartment - from $260 to $495 per night.  
 
Rates Include: High speed WiFi internet connection, unlimited bottled 
spring water, daily housekeeping services and all taxes and hotel 
fees. Standard Hotel room includes mini fridge and coffee maker. One 
or Two Bedroom apartments 
include full kitchen and living/dining room and furnished patio.
