Located only one short block from the downtown and directly behind 
the marinas, this villa combines luxury with location. Whether your 
intentions are to browse the many shops and restaurants on foot, 
stretching kilometers along the sea-side of La Paz, or to engage in 
La Paz’s world renounced ocean-based activities such as diving and 
fishing, you need not look any further: This location has it all. 

This spacious two-storey villa is located at the brand new Ocean 
Oasis gated community. The complex is private and is composed of two 
towers and twelve separate villas which face a large pool and 
palapa. This modern style villa is elegantly furnished and 
decorated, and is ideal for groups up to four people. There are two 
large bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two 
large bathrooms on the upper level, one en suite to the master 
bedroom and a two piece bathroom on the main level. The kitchen is 
fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher 
and microwave, as well as all culinary necessities. A large stamped 
concrete patio located in the front of the unit is furnished and 
provides unobstructed views of  the pool. A second level balcony 
provides a partial view of the bay and the courtyard. Private 
laundry facilities, including both washing machine and dryer are 
located outside in the rear of the villa. This area is quite large 
and offers storage for bikes, kayaks, diving, and fishing equipment. 

The villa is located at the corner of Manuel Encinas and Topete, 
located directly behind Marina de la Paz.  Many of the outfitting companies providing diving and 
fishing 
excursions in La Paz have their businesses around these marinas, including: 
Baja Quest, Mar Y Aventuras, and Buceo Carey, to name a few. These 
tour operators offer a variety of excursions ranging from day trips 
to overnight trips at the neighboring islands. These outfitters 
provide something for everybody as activity levels range from 
sight-seeing to pure adventure. The sea-side promenade (Malecon), 
fabulous restaurants, and a small beach from where beautiful sunsets 
can be enjoyed are all conveniently located next to the Ocean Oasis 
complex. The conveniences of the location and the amenities of this 
villa make it a great value for both long and short-term renting.

This modern kitchen includes all appliances;filtered 
water,ice maker,dishwasher,microwave,blender,coffee maker,toaster 
utensils,and cooking and serving supplies. All sheets, pillows and 
bathroom towels are provided. New patio furniture is 
also included(not seen in pictures).

In addition to relaxing beside the pool or watching sunsets from the 
nearby beach, one can venture out to explore the culture and history 
of this peaceful colonial city. While in La Paz you may enjoy one of 
the many activities offered on the Sea of Cortez such as scuba 
diving, snorkelling, sea-kayaking, fishing, and whale watching. 
There are unique opportunities in La Paz such as swimming with the 
sea lions at Espiritu Santo, an uninhabited island that is protected 
as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. 

A 25 minute trip outside the city will take you to some of the most 
pristine and secluded beaches that the Baja has to offer. These 
beaches include Balandra Bay, Playa El Tecolote, Playa Pichilingue.

Minimum 4 night bookings please.
A 50% Deposit is required on booking the reservation. The balance is 
due 15 days prior to your arrival. Payments are accepted through 
Paypal. 
FOR LONG-TERM RENTALS (greater than 2 weeks/14 days) a cleaning 
service is required.  The cleaning service is a $50.00 USD fee which 
is collected in addition to the rental payment. The cleaning 
is provided during the middle of your visit and the exact date and 
time of your cleaning will be co-ordinated within 48 hours of your 
arrival.

Cancellations: 50 % of Deposit will be refunded only upon the Villa 
being re-rented.
