Vacation Rental Description

Hola amigos! welcome to our private beach club and resort this is a  
small and quiet beachfront resort.´ 
 
During the day you can take a refreshing swim in one of the two  
swimming pools or just relax in your lounge chair overlooking the  
ocean. you can also enjoy a nice sunset by reading a book or just  
taking a Siesta! 
 
 
Buses travel to Progreso continuously, where you can go to the  
MALECON its only 2-3 miles away, an extraudinary place to spend the  
day and eat delicious  
sea food in many restaurants located there. 
There are some Vans called Combies that you can also take if you do  
not want to use buses. 
 
we receive visits twice a week from cruise passengers because is a  
special spot and they love going there(they spend there 4 hours at  
the most).

Vacation Rental Amenities

-they can sleep 4 maximum per room 
-Each room contains two queen beds or one king bed,full equipped  
bathroom, air condition, small kitchen and fridge. 
-front beach palapa with pool and a bar nearby 
-Special arrangements can be made with the kitchen staff 
-Special arrangements for tours in all over the state.

Activities and Attractions

we can make arrangements to visit some of the exotic places that the  
state of yucatan has. 
 
progresos downtown close (4-5 miles) 
 
You can also go to the ruins Chichen itza (new seven wonder) and  
Uxmal, they are not too far  
away from progreso. 
 
Golf court 15 min away 
  
 you can see and hear exotic birds like flamingos 
and ducks.  
  
Beautiful beach walks which sea shell collectors will love.  
Restaurants and bars at Progreso.  
The Mayan ruins of X’cambo are just 10 minutes away. Dzibichaltun is 
40 min away, Uxmal 1.5 hours, world famous ruins of Chichen Itza 2 
hours. You can visit lots of cenotes which are beautiful caves where 
you can swim in clear water.  
Fishing, Scuba Diving and boat rides can be arranged with the 
fishermen in Telchac, Progreso and Chicxulub. 
Visit the beautiful colonial city of Merida  25 min away 
 
If you like photography, you will be able to take amazing pictures  
from the nice and beautiful sunsets you will enjoy every day.
