Our Cabo condo is located right on the beach of Costa Azul in the La
Jolla de Los Cabos condo complex in San Jose del Cabo. The condo is
only twenty minutes from Los Cabos International Airport and just
another twenty minutes to the town of Cabo San Lucas. The comfortable
and newly remodeled condo is situated in a mature and quiet setting,
in what we believe is the best area in all of Los Cabos. This
beautifully landscaped complex sits on a long beach that fronts the
Sea of Cortez.

Just a short walk along the beach from the condo is Zippers, one of
the hottest surf spots in Baja. At Zippers there are surfboard rentals
and lessons available, as well as a great restaurant and bar. At
various times of the year you can sit on the beach and watch the
whales just off shore.

The town of San Jose del Cabo has many small shops and restaurants.
San Jose is an old Mexican colonial town with a more authentic, easy
going, and slower paced atmosphere than Cabo San Lucas.

Description of the Pool:
Two pools are located within the complex, one of which is heated. From
the beach, you can see sweeping vistas from Punta Gorda on the East,
to Punta Palmilla to the West.  

Fishing, Golf, Tennis, Whale Watching, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Sea
Kayaking, Windsurfing, Surfing (Surfboard rentals within walking
distance near "Zippers" restaurant), Horseback Riding near by.     

Rates : 
$800 per week, or $125 per night, with a three (3) night minimum.   
Holiday weeks add $200: New Years, Martin Luther King, Presidents Day,
Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

5% Discount Option : 
Anyone having previously rented with us who wants to rent again
qualifies for an additional 5% off on their next visit to our condo.
