upon a confirmed availability of your chosen property, the baja coastal properties booking agent 
will inform you 
of the current payment procedure. payments will be accepted in the form of personal check or cash. 
credit cards 
are not accepted. 

Check-in & departure
check-in time is 1:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 12:30 p.m. on day of 
departure. Key 
lock-box at this home for your convenience 

Cancellation policy
in case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100. processing fee) 5 weeks prior and 
refundable 
thereafter subject to re-booking. 

Reservations
reservations are on a first-come basis. all bookings must have a completed questionnaire filled out 
by the 
person renting home via the internet. reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the 
receipt of 
requested deposit or/ payment in full. the remaining balance must be received 5 weeks prior to your 
arrival or 
your deposit will be lost as a result.
