Vacation Rental Description

Villa Sueños de Mar is a beautiful and brand new luxury beach area villa which was meticulously designed for  
maximum comfort & convenience. From the lovely contemporary architecture and the spacious elegant living  
areas to the imported furnishings and the unbelievable ocean views, this 4600+ square foot villa is an  
exceptional delight! The ocean and sunset views from the spacious pool side terrace and the large rooftop  
terrace are beyond words ! The roof top terrace includes a palapa covered wet bar, refrigerator, and a jacuzzi  
large enough for 8 people. It's the perfect place for relaxing any time of the day whether for morning coffee to  
evening meals, serving margaritas at sunset, or for star gazing while relaxing in the jacuzzi !  
 
Every piece of furniture was designed by the architect especially for this villa and was custom built in Merida,  
Yucatan. The large kitchen and serving area is a cook's dream ! Spacious granite counters imported from Brazil,  
top of the line stainless appliances, and cabinets imported from the US will please the most discriminating cook,  
and the large dining table comfortably seats 10. Additional seating for 6 at the large kitchen bar.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Other amenities you'll enjoy at Villa Sueños de Mar include a fresh water infinity pool overlooking the turquoise  
waters of the Caribbean, a personal computer with wireless internet access, free long distance to the US, color  
TV with satellite, DVD, and integrated stereo systems: 1 for the living area and another for the pool & rooftop  
areas. The pressurized water system is completely purified by a UV filter system and water softener. There is air  
conditioning by mini splits and ceiling fans throughout, a 4 car parking garage, and there's even a backup  
electric generator.  
 
All 5 bedrooms are spacious and have private tiled baths. 4 of the bedrooms have ocean views. The 5th  
bedroom does not have an ocean view but is just steps from the beach at the ground level. You may never  
want to leave the luxury of this exquisite villa but if you do, the beach is just about 40 yards away for shore  
diving or snorkeling, and it's only 10-12 minutes to town by car or taxi.  
 
Air conditioning & ceiling fans throughout. Private infinity pool with a landscaped waterfall. Spacious pool  
side terrace with plenty of lounge chairs, table and umbrella. Large rooftop terrace includes palapa, wet bar  
with seating for 8, refrigerator, large Jacuzzi, chaise lounges, table & chairs with umbrella. Ocean view from all  
living areas and 4 of the 5 bedrooms. Dive gear rinse tank & drying area. Purified and pressurized water  
system. Free wireless internet access for your laptop. Color TV with satellite, integrated stereo system, DVD.  
Fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove, microwave, ice machine, blender, coffee maker, cookware  
and dishes. Large dining table, seats 10 comfortably. Additional seating for 6 at kitchen bar . Linens, towels,  
beach towels. Washer/dryer (guests may use in the evenigs). Reading, music and video selections. Cooler to  
take to the beach. Daily maid service (except Sundays and major Mexican holidays).

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season (January-April) $4,592.00 per week for up to 10 guests* 
Low Season (May-August) $4,224.00 per week for up to 10 guests* 
Fall Discount Season (September-mid December) $3,792.00 per week for up to 10 guests* 
 
*Add $100/wk for each additional guest, up to a maximum of 12 guests. 
 
 Rates do not include 12% local fees and a refundable $300 security deposit. 
 
Rates for Christmas and New Years weeks are higher, please inquire.
